Aap ne jetne hawaale diae hain ous me mujhe mazkurah rewaayaten nahi mili albatta dusre maqaam par aur dusri hadees ki ketaabon me aiysi rewaayaten hain
jin ahaadees ki taraf aeshaarah kiya hai ous ki taaweel, taujih aur tafseer ke hawaale se arz kar dun ke kuchh ahkaam aiyse hain jo mo'aashare wa ourf ke taabe hain
Misaal :
baaz aelaaqe me ay'yaame aza alal khosus maahe moharram aur safar me laal kapde pahenna ourfe momeneen me intehaaei naa pasandidah fel hai keyon ke ye khushi ki alaamat aur azaadaari ki be hurmati samjha jaata hai
lekin baaz aelaaqon me aiysa nahi hai
is mo'aamale me aelaaqon ki haalat juda juda hai is liae hukm ki nau'eiyat me bhi yaksaani nahi hogi
jin aelaaqon me laal kapde pahenna khushi ki alaamat aur azaadaari ki be hurmati samjha jaata hai wahaan ay'yaame aza me laal kapde pahenna haraam hai aur jahaan aiysa nahi wahaan jaa'aez hai
mazkurah rewaayat ke ta'alluq se kaha jaa sakta hai ke nau zaaeidah bach'che ke kaan chhedwaana aur ous me suraakh kar ke baaliyaan latkaana Arab aur Rasule Akram (صلی الله علیه و آله) ke ahde mobaarak me mota'aaraf aur raa'aej tha, nau zaa'eidah bach'che ke kaanon me suraakh karne aur baaliyaan pahnaane me koei haraj nahi tha
lekin is waqt hamaare ourf me baaliyaan pahenna raa'aej nahi hai lehaaza jaa'aez nahi hai, khosusan sone ki baaliyaan pahenna haraam hai
dusri baat ye ke kaan chhedwaane aur baaliyaan pahenne ke hawaale se mazkurah rewaayaton ka ta'alluq ous zamaane se hai jab Imaam Hasan aur Imaam Husain (علیهم السلام) nau'zaad the

chauthi baat ye ke jahaan ladkon aur mardon ke kaan chhedwaana aur baaliyaan pahenna munharif firqon, gerohon aur ham'jins paraston ki alaamat ho to wahaan yaqinan haraam hai aur aiysa karna kabirah gunaah hai
waazeh rahe ke ladkon aur mardon ke kaan chhedwaane aur baaliyaan pahenne par lebaase shohrat ka hukm laagu wa jaari hoga
