qarz li huei raqam par khums ki adaa'eigi waajib nahi hoti hai lehaaza sawaal ke peshe nazar jo raqam aap ne bank ya kisi aedaare ya kisi shakhs se ba'taure qarz li hai ous par khums waajib nahi hoga
keyon ? is liae ke koei shakhs qarzah leta hai to ye sahih hai ke wo (yaani maqruz), raqam ko apne qabze me le kar maalik ban jaata hai. milkiyat, qarz dene waale se khaarij ho kar qarz lene waale ki taraf muntaqil ho jaati hai, wo raqam qarz'daar ki milkiyat ho jaati hai lehaaza raqam ke kharch wa tasarruf karne me khud mokhtaar hai, zarurat aur maslehat ko dekh kar ous raqam ko jahaan chaahe, kharch kar sakta hai lekin maqruz (qarz'daar) hai, qarz'daar ke liae zaruri wa laazim nahi hai ke qarz li huei raqam par khums de, ye qarz ka aek qaa'aedah wa osul hai pas is wajah wa sabab ki bena par jab aap ne qarz liya aur aap ke khumsi saal (khums nikaalne ki taarikh) tak qarz li huei raqam maujud ho, kharch nahi ki to ous par khums waajib nahi hai

Misaal :
agar aek laakh rupya qarz liya hai aur khums ki taarikh tak 20 hazaar rupya ba'taure qist de chuke hain to 20 hazaar rupya par khums waajib hai ous ka paanchwaan hissah ( 20% ) yaani 4 hazaar khums den, khums ki taarikh se dusra aek saal guzarne ke baad (yaani khums ki dusri taarikh me) isi tarah jod kar baaqi aqsaat ka khums den
ye bhi waazeh kar dun ke khums ki taarikh tak, qarz li huei raqam ya ous raqam ke aewaz li huei koei chiz baaqi wa maujud ho tab aqsaat par khums waajib hai lehaaza agar saal ke darmeyaan me, qarz li huei raqam ya ous ke aewaz li huei chiz (khoda na kare) zaa'ae wa talaf ho jaa'ae ya haadesah ka shekaar ho kar kharaab wa tabaah ho jaa'ae aur qarz ki adaa'eigi par majbur ho to is surat me darmeyaan-e-saal haasil hone waali aam'dani se apne qarz ko ada kar sakta hai, qarz ki aqsaat par khums waajib nahi hoga

qarz ke lafz se aam taur par logon ke zehn me aata hai ke qarz ke taur par sirf paiyse diae wa liae jaate hain jab ke islaam me qarz dena wa lena sirf paiyson par munhasir nahi hai balke har chiz wa saamaan jaiyse zamin, haiywaanaat, khaane ki chizen aur jawaaheraat wa'ghaiyrah sharaa'aet ke motaabiq ba'taure qarz diae wa liae jaa sakte hain

aqsaat par khums waajib hone ya na hone ke ta'alluq se qarz ki qism ke peshe nazar tafsilaat hain
