Billi aur Kutta paalne ka hukm | 2 ke aelaawah saare jaanwar paak hain

Mokhtasar jawaab :


ghar me bil'li ( cat ) paali jaa sakti hai is me shar'an koei haraj nahi hai


Qadre tafsili jawaab :


ghar me jaanwar paalne ya rakhne ke ta'alluq se jaanwaron ki 3 qismen hain :


  1. wo jaanwar jin ko paalne aur rakhne ki sakht momaana'at wa manaahi hai jaiyse Kut'ta ( Dog ) aur Suw'war ( Pig ) keyaun ke ye najis hain is ke tamaam ajza naa'paak hain


    agar kisi ne masalan gila haath Kut'te ke khushk jism par laga liya to haath naa'paak ho jaa'ae ga ya Kut'te ka gila jism insaan ke khushk badan ya kapde par lag jaa'ae to badan wa kapda najis ho jaa'ae ga


    Is ka aabe dahan, naak ka paani aur pasina sab najis hai


    dusre ye ke jis ghar me Kut'ta rakha jaata hai ous ghar me farishte nahi aate, rahmate khoda wandi se mahrum ho jaa'ta hai aur aiyse ghar me namaaz padhna makruh hai


  2. wo jaanwar jin ko ghar me rakhne ki targhib dilaaei gaei hai jaiyse Kabutar, Murgh aur Bakri waghiyrah

  3. wo jaanwar jin ko ghar me rakhne ki na momaana'at hai aur na hi targhib wa taakid balke mobaah hai jaiyse totaa waghaiyrah


    bil'li ka ta'alluq dusri qism se hai


    Imaam Kaazim ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


    "لَا تَخلُو البَيتُ مِن ثَلَاثَةٍ وَ هِىَ عِمَارَةُ البَيتِ : اَلهِرَّةِ، وَالحَمَامِ، وَالدِّيكِ وَ اِن كَانَ مَعَ الدِّيكِ اَنِيسَة فَلَا بَاسَ ..."


    " ghar 3 chiz se khaali na ho aur ye makaan ki aabaadi hain: Bil'li, Kabutar aur Murgh aur agar Murgh ke saath Munis ( ouns dene waali yaani murghi ) ho to koei haraj nahi hai ..."


    ( mustad rakul wasaa'ael jild 8 p 284 baab 25 taaleef mohad'dis nuri )

waazeh ho ke rewaayat me Bil'li rakhne ke ta'alluq se targhib dilaana shaayad kisi khaas zarurat ke tanaazur me hai


dusre ye ke Bil'li najis nahi hai balke paak hai is ka tamaam badan aur aabe dahan, naak ka paani wa rotubat aur pasina paak hai


agar gili Bil'li kahin baith gaei to wo jagah najis nahi hogi ya gili Bil'li ke jism par masalan haath laga liya ya kapda lag gaya to ous se haath aur kapda naa'paak nahi hoga, haath aur kapda paak hi rahe ga


mokhtasar ye ke jaanwaron me sirf 2 hi jaanwar najis hain Kut'ta aur Suw'war


in ka tamaam badan najis hai agar in ka pasina ya thuk ...kapde waghaiyrah par lag jaa'ae to najis ho jaa'ae ga ous ko paak karen khushk hona wa sukh jaana kaafi nahi hai


Kut'ta aur Suw'war ke aelaawah saare jaanwar jaiyse Chuha, Khar'gosh, Bil'li aur Chipkali waghaiyrah sab paak hain


agar oun ka jism gila ho aur kisi jagah par baith jaa'aen to wo jagah najis nahi hogi ya in ka aabe dahan, pasina aur naak ka paani kisi jagah lag jaa'ae to wo jagah najis nahi hogi ya kisi chiz ko chaat len ya ous me pad jaa'aen to wo najis nahi hogi


oummid hai ke najaasat aur tahaarat ki reaayat karne waali khaaharaan aur beraadaraan is shar'ei hukm ke bayaan ki wajah se aasudah khaatir ho ga'ae hon ge


3 baaton par tawaj'joh rahe :


  1. Chuha, Khar'gosh aur Bil'li ka peshaab paakhaana najis hai, paak nahi hai balke har wo jaanwar jo haraam ghosht hai aur jis ka khun ouchal kar nikalta hai ous ka peshaab paakhaana najis hai

  2. haraam ghosht jaanwar jaiyse Khar'ghosh aur Bil'li ka baal paak hai lekin agar namaazi ke badan ya kapde par chipak jaa'ae aur badan ya kapdon par lage huae namaaz padhe to namaaz baatil ho jaa'ae gi


    Aayatullah Sistaani ke fatwe ke motaabiq agar 1 ya 2 baal chipke ya lage hon to ous se namaaz baatil nahi hogi lekin is se zeyaadah hon to namaaz baatil ho jaa'ae gi


  3. agar haraam ghost jaanwar jaiyse Khar'ghosh aur Bil'li ka thuk ya naak ka paani ya in ki koei dusri rotubat namaazi ke badan ya lebaas par lag jaa'ae aur wo tar ho to namaaz baatil hai lekin agar ye chizen ( aabe dahan, naak ka paani ya dusri rotubat ) khushk wa sukh gaei hon aur ous ka asar zaa'ael ho gaya ho to ous ki namaaz sahih hai

Note :


  1. shaayad kisi ke zehn me ye baat aa'ae ke Kut'ta to wafaadaar aur faa'aedah mand jaanwar hai ous ka har juzw (جزو) naa'paak hai aur ghar me rakhne ki momaana'at bhi hai lekin Bil'li paak hai aur ghar me rakh sakte hain aiysa keyaun ?


    Kut'te ki najaasat se ous ki wafaadaari aur faa'aedah mand hone ka koei ta'alluq nahi hai


    is me romuz wa as'raar zarur hain jis ka eilm hamen nahi is liae ke hamaara eilm mahdud hai is ka eilm khoda aur maasumeen (سلام الله عليهم) ke paas hai wo is ki hikmat se aagaah hain


  2. baaz log kahte hain Bil'liyon ke zariae insaanon me bimaariyaan muntaqil hoti hain masalan saans ki bimaari, jildi maraz ya bil'liyaan aur is ke baal auraton aur ladkiyon ke baanjh (بانجھ) yaani bach'cha paiyda na hone ka baa'aes hain


    ye dusra mauzu hai lehaaza is ke baare me doctor bata sakte hain


  3. nafaasat, nazaafat aur safaaei suthraaei ka taqaaza hai ke jaanwaron ko monaasib jagah rakha jaa'ae


    lekin afsos maghrebi mo'aashare ki tarah mashreqi mo'aashare me bhi gharon me billi aur kutta paalne ka rewaaj aam hota jaa raha hai


    maghrebi mo'aashare me billi aur kutta khaandaan ke aek fard ki haisiyat rakhte hain balke azizon, rishtedaaron aur aulaad, biwi wa shauhar ki jagah billi aur kutte ne le liya hai


    dunya ke mo'aamalaat ki ouljhanon se tang aa jaate hain to billi aur kutte se baaten ... karte hain
