Ek sawal tha... usool-e-kaafi ki kuchh riwayate zayeef hai use hata q nahi dete ye bahot important question hai bhai... jawaab jaldi aur kisi mujtahid se dena please

باسمه تعالی

علیكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


Aap ko eilm hoga ke "kaafi" ke tin hisse hain osul-e-kaafi, foruae kaafi aur rauzah ( روضه ) osul-e-kaafi aur foruae kaafi kaei jildon par mushtamil hai lekin "rauzah" sirf aek jild hai

ye ketaab azim hai aur is ke taalif karne waale bhi

is ke baa'wojud aaj tak kisi shia aalim ne ye daawa nahi kiya ke is ketaab ki tamaam rewaayaten sahihus'sanad ( صحیح السند ) hain aur qat'an maasum ( عليه السلام ) se saadir huei hain

is liae ke is ke mowallif azim aalim aur mohaddis zarur the lekin maasum nahi the lehaaza baaz aiysi rewaayaton ka zikr kiya hai jo motabar nahi hain


khud is ketaab ke taalif karne waale ne daawa nahi kiya hai ke saari rewaayaten sahih hain

isi liae is ketaab ke saath "sahih" nahi laga hai yaani "sahih kaafi" nahi hai balke "osul-e-kaafi" naam hai


dusre ye ke ous waqt ke khatarnaak wa naa'gufta'beh haalaat ke peshe nazar shia mohaddesin ka maqsad rewaayaton ko jama karna tha taake mahfuz ho jaa'aen naabud na hon


tisre ye ke baaz rewaayaton ko taqiyah ( تقيه ) ki wajah se likha hai jaan ke liae khatra tha ya ketaab ke liae


ye bhi bata dun ke kisi rawaayat ke za'eif hone ka matlab ye nahi hai ke wo maj'oul wa man'ghadat ( مجعول و من گھڑت ) hai sirf za'eif hone ki wajah se kenaare nahi kiya jaa sakta



is mokhtasar tamhid ke baad batla dun ke "kaafi" se za'eif rewaayaton ko hazf wa nikaala nahi jaa sakta hai sirf chand waj'hon ki taraf aeshaara kiya jaa raha hai :


  1. Baaz rewaayaton ko ham nahi samajhte hain is liae ke hamaari aql wa eilm donon mahdud hain lehaaza za'eif...kah dete hain

  2. hadis me hai ke jis rewaayat ko ham abhi nahi samajh rahe hain ( ya behtar tariqe se nahi samajh paa rahe hain ) momkin hai aaeindah nasl ke liae wahi rewaayat mash'ale raah ho ous se naei naei chizen samjhen


  3. Aek mohaddis ( eilm-e-hadis ka jaan'ne waala... ) aek hadis ko sahih samajhta hai lekin dusra mohaddis apni dalilon ki bunyaad par ous ko qabul nahi karta hai ya is ke khelaaf yaani qabul kar leta hai

  4. lehaaza aiysi rewaayaton ko hazf wa nikaalne ka matlab ye huaa ke ham ne dusron ke liae tahqiq ka darwaaza band kar diya is ka natija fikri jomud hai


  5. kisi aalim ki ketaab me se kuchh hazf karne wa nikaalne ya tarmim ka haq dusre aalim ko nahi hai

    tanqid kar sakte hain ya tas'hih ( تصحيح ) wa talkhis aur tashrih bhi kar sakte hain

    mohaqqeqin ne pahle ye kaam kiya aur is waqt bhi ho raha hai lekin kuchh nikaalne ka haq nahi hai

    tas'hih wa hazf me farq hai kuchh nikaalna eilmi kheyaanat hai


  6. qadimi nuskha eilmi miraas hai ous ki aahamiyat hoti hai lehaaza ous ko ousi tarah rahne dena chaahiae jis tarah hai

    agar kuchh nikaalen ge to ous ka noqsaan ye hai ke asl asar matruk ho jaa'ae


  7. Tahrif, fareb, kheyaanat, pinhaan kaari, ahaadis me kaj'fahmi aur hazf karna wa censor ahle saqifa, banu omiy'ya aur aksar olamaae sunni ki rawish wa turra-e-imteyaaz ( طرہ امتیاز ) hai

  8. agar ham bhi yahi kaam karne lagen to oun me aur ham me keya farq rahe ga

    shia khul kar aur dank'ke ki chot ( ڈنکے کی چوٹ پر ) par kahte hain hamaari ketaabon me baaz aiysi baaten maujud hain jo qaabil-e-qabul nahi hain is ke baa'wojud nahi nikaalte is liae hamaare yahaan baab-e-tahqiq khula hai


    sunni hazaraat ne oun hadison ko apni ketaabon se nikaala hai jo ahlebait (سلام الله عليهم ) ki fazilat ke baare me hain ya ous ke moshaabeh kholafa ... ke baare me jhuti ( جھوٹی ) rewaayaton ki bharmaar kar di


    shia mazhab saaf-o-shaffaaf hai hamaari koei ketaab wa aqidah makhfi nahi sab zaahir hai

    hamaari saari ketaaben baazaar... me har aek ke liae baa aasaani dastyaab hain


    is ke baa'wojud baaz khabis aur palid anaasir aur saqifa wa banu omaiyya ki naa-jaa'aez aulaad kahte hain aur likhte hai ke :


    osul-e-kaafi sirf khaas khaas shia olama ke paas hi hoti hai dusron ko nahi dikhlaate balke ous ki hawa bhi nahi lagne dete


    ( laanatullaah alal kaazebin= لعنةالله على الكاذبين )


    agar ham apni ketaabon se kuchh nikaalen to kath'mullaaon ( کٹھ ملاؤں ) ko shi'on ke khelaaf mazid ghalat propaganda ka mauqa mil jaae ga

    ye wo baaz asbaab hain jin ki wajah se ham apni ketaabon se kuchh nahi nikaalte


    agar ahl-e-sunnat ki sehaa'ae sitta ( hadis ki 6 mustanad ketaaben ) aur shi'on ki kutub-e-arba'aa ka aalemaana wa munsefaana mowaazena kiya jaae to "dudh ka dhudh aur paani ka paani ( دودھ کا دودھ اور پانی کا پانی ) ho jaae ga


    Note :


    ye aek eilmi mauzu hai sirf ba'qadre zarurat bataaya gaya hai
