يا صاحب الزمان ادركنا

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


beghair kisi tamhid ke aap ki khidmat me arz kar dun ke yu'naani zabaan ka lafz "euthanasia" hai jis ke ma'aani : aasaan maut, kisi mareez par raham khaa kar ous ko qatl karna aur bimaar kushi ... hain


is ka maqsad raham khaa kar aise mareez ki zindagi ka khaatemah karna hai jo laa aelaaj bimaari me mubtala hai ya aelaaj bahot hi sakht hai ya shid'date taklif ki haalat me hai ya doctoron ne jawaab de diya hai ...


ye "qat'ae hayaat" ba jazba'ae raham bhi kaha jaata hai


is ki mokhtalif qismen hain oun me se aham tareen aqsaam 3 hain :

aayat kisi qaid-o-shart ke beghair hai agar "qatle tarah'hum" jaa'aez hota to is ko istisna wa juda kiya jaata


surah an'aam aayat 51 me hai :


" ... jis jaan ke qatl ko allaah ne haraam kar diya hai ous ko qatl mat karo haan magar haq ke saath ... "


is aayat me kisi qaid-o-shart ke beghair khoda ne farmaaya hai ke "qatle nafs" jaa'aez nahi hai magar qesaas ( khun ka badla khun / qaatil ki jaan lena ) ke taur par, na sirf jaa'aez hai balke agar maqtul ke waaris mo'aaf na karen to ye qatl nehaayat zaruri hai is liae ke is me tumhaari zindagi hai


mazkurah baala aayat me nahi kaha gaya hai ke laa aelaaj ... mareez ko tarah'hum khaa kar qatl kar sakte ho, is ko istisna wa juda nahi kiya gaya hai jab ke qesaas ko juda kiya gaya hai


surah maa'aedah aayat 32 me hai :


" ... jo shakhs kisi ko beghair is ke, ke wo kisi ka qaatil ho ya zameen me fasaad machaane wa phaiylaane waala ho, qatl kar daale to goya ous ne tamaam insaanon ko qatl kar diya aur jo shakhs kisi aek ki jaan bacha le to ous ne goya tamaam insaanon ko zindah kar diya ... "


is aayat me bhi "qatle tarah'hum" ko juda nahi kiya gaya hai


dusre ye ke akh'laaqan, aqlan aur shar'an dubne waale ya aag me jalne waale ... ko nejaat dena waajib hai agar ham nejaat na den to aek waajib ko tark kiya hai aur tarke waajib haraam hai


mareez bhi ghariq ... ki tarah hai ous ko nejaat dena waajib hai agar koei aisa na kare to haraam ka irtekaab kiya hai


tisre ye ke insaan ka jism ous ke haathon me khoda ki amaanat hai jis ki hefaazat ous ka fariza hai, insaan khud apna maalik nahi hai balke khoda maalik hai, is liae jis tarah wo apne aap ko halaak nahi kar sakta hai ousi tarah ye durust nahi wo kisi dusre ki zindagi ka khaatema kar de , kisi ko bhi is ka haq nahi diya gaya hai, hatta agar mareez doctor ... se apni zindagi ke khaateme ki darkhaast kare to ye is jurm ka jawaaz nahi banta


chauthe ye ke surah aaraaf aayat 34 me hai :


"aur har qaum ke liae aek waqt moqarrar hai pas jis waqt oun ka moqarrarah waqt aa jaa'ae ga to na aek ghadi ( گھڑی ) taakhir kar sakte hain aur na jaldi"


is aayat ke motaabiq har aek ki maut ka waqt moay'yan hai jis ka eilm allaah ke paas hai, lehaaza agar koei khud'kushi kare ya dusron ki jaan le to ye qaanune aelaahi me dakhaalat hai aur khoda ke faisle par sabqat wa pahal karna hai


paanchwen ye ke khoda ke sewa kisi ko eilm hai ke ye mareez is maraz se mar jaa'ae ga ? ketne aise mareez the jin ko doctoron ne jawaab de diya lekin thik ho kar kaei barson tak zindah rahe


chhate ye ke hamaara aeteqaad hai ke apni ya aulaad ki bimaari aur dukh par sabr, gunaahon ka kaf'faarah hai ous par ajre azeem hai

mokhtasar ye ke mareez apne aap ko halaak kare ya dusre ous ki zindagi ka khaatema karen ye akhlaaqan, aqlan aur shar'an haraam hai. islaam ka tasaw'wur "euthanasia / marcy killing" nahi hai


aur tamaam shia foqaha ke nazdeek "euthanasia" jaa'aez nahi hai, jo shakhs bhi is kaam ko anjaam de wo qaatil hai aur qatl ka baa'aes banne ki surat me qaatil par "deyat" ( khun baha ) ya "qesaas" laazim aa'ae ga


( mareez ya ous ke waaris ki aejaazat se koei dusra ouse halaak kare to is ke haraam hone aur qatle nafs par tamaam foqaha wa maraaje keraam ka eit'tefaaq hai lekin keya is surat me deyat ya qesaas ka haq hai ya saaqit hai ? is baare me tafsili bahas hai )


ye taraze amal khair'khaahi aur mareez par raham nahi balke ous par zulm hai, ous ka qatl hai


Note :


insaan ko chaahiae ke taweel ya laa aelaaj bimaari me mubtala mareez jab tak zindah hai ba qadre imkaan ous ke aelaaj ka silsila jaari rakhe is se zeyaadah ous ki zimmedaari nahi banti, insaan apni koshish ki had tak mehnat aur mahnge aelaaj ka mokallaf hai
