Salamun alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barkatahu Bhai


mujhe ek bat poochna hai 'Dastarkhwan e Imam Hasan as" Ki tarikhi haqiqat kya hai aur kya iske bare me kisi imam as ki koi hadees hai? Agr hai to barah e karan mujhe share kijiye, ek post par kisi ne aitraz jataya hai ki "shia firqe ne qayas haram hai aur har cheez ke liye koi ayat ya rawayat maujood hai, lehaza dastarkwhan ki koi hadees pesh kijiye warna deen me tabdili na laiye".

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


ham is aeteraaz aur shub'ha ka jawaab do tarah se pesh karen ge, aek "Naqzi" hai aur dusra "Halli" hai


  1. Naqzi jawaab :

  2. qeyaas me keya hota hai ? masalan qur'aan aur sunnat wa shari'at me koei hukm na ho ya na milne par apni raa'ae se kaam lena


    misaal ke taur par farz kar len ke shari'at me angur ki sharaab ka hukm maujud hai yaani haraam hai lekin qudrati seb ke ras ya jaamun ya shahd se bani sharaab ka hukm maujud nahi hai yaa nahi maalum hai to angur ki sharaab par qeyaas kar ke kahen angur ki sharaab haraam hai lehaaza seb ya jaamun ya shahd se bani sharaab bhi haraam hai


    waazeh hai is tarah ka qeyaas shari'at nahi hai


    aeteraaz karne waale se puchhta hun kis motabar aalim, faqih, mujtahid aur marja ne qeyaas kar ke kaha hai ke shari'at me dastarkhaane imaam hasan (عليه السلام) ka hukm saraahat ke saath maujud hai ? ya kis chiz par qeyaas kar ke is ko halaal wa jaa'aez qaraar diya hai ?


    aeteraaz karne waale se dusra sawaal ye hai ke agar har chiz ke liae koei aayat ya rewaayat maujud hai to hamen bataa'aen kis aayat ya rewaayat me computer, mobile aur facebook ... istemaal karne ke liae kaha gaya hai ? yaa kis aayat ya rewaayat me hai ke jahez lo ? yaa jahez ka motaalabah kar ke ladki ke ghar waalon ko parishaan karo ? yaa kis aayat wa hadis me hai ke shaadi me sar par sehra baandho ? yaa kis aayat ya rewaayat me maujud hai ke ijtemaaei taur par qur'aan majid padho ? yaa jashne milaadun'nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله) ka in'aeqaad karo ? ...


    agar mazkurah baalaa chizon ke baare me koei aayat ya hadis hai to ous aayat ya hadis ko bata'aen ? agar nahi hai to ous ko keyon istemaal karte hain ? keyon jahez lete hain ? ...


    har wo chiz jis ke baare me aayat ya rewaayat maujud na ho ous ko jaa'aez wa mobaah samajh kar karna agar deen me tabdili hai to aeteraaz karne waala subh se shaam tak ketni martabah deen me tabdili laata hai ? is liae ke roz marrah ki zindagi me bahot saari chizon ka zikr aayat ya rewaayat me nahi hai


    keya deen me tabdili ... sirf ba naame maasumin (صلوات الله عليهم) hone waali taqribaat me hi nazar aati hai ?


  3. Halli wa eilmi jawaab :

  4. Asaalatul aebaahah (اصالة الاباحة) :


    asaalatul aebaahah aek aiysa fiqhi qaa'aedah hai jis ko tamaam islaami firqe qabul karte hain


    is qaa'aedah ka matlab aam fahm alfaaz me ye hai :


    "jin chizon ko shari'at ne haraam qaraar nahi diya hai wo sab tum par halaal wa mobaah hain yaani jab tak kisi chiz ka mamnu hona saabit na ho jaa'ae wo jaa'aez hoti hai"


    dastar'khaane imaam hasan (عليه السلام) ki hurmat aur momaana'at par shari'at me koei dalil maujud nahi hai lehaaza halaal wa mobaah hai


    agar momaana'at par dalil hai to aeteraaz karne waala pesh kare, is liae ke "dalil dena daawa karne waale ke zimme hai"


    Bid'at ka matlab :


    eilme kalaam, fiqh aur shari'at ki istelaah me bid'at ka matlab :


    ادخال ما ليس من ( فى ) الدين ، فى الدين


    "har wo chiz jo deen me daakhil na ho ouse (juzw samajh kar) deen me daakhil karna" hai


    jo shakhs bhi deen ke mota'alliq thodi (تھوڑی) si bhi samajh bujh rakhta hai wo dastar'khaane imaam hasan (عليه السلام) ko deen me daakhil nahi karta, aur dastar'khaane imaam (عليه السلام) ki nazr deen ka juzw samajh kar nahi dilaata hai balke mofid, maaqul aur ach'chhi sunnat wa rasm-o-rewaaj ke taur par dilaata hai, lehaaza shar'an is me koei haraj nahi hai


    is ko bid'at kah kar apne aap ko gumraah aur takhribi geroh wahaabi ka taraf'daar kahna hai


    Rasm-o-rewaaj aur sunnat ki aqsaam :


    rasm-o-rewaaj aur sunnat ki bunyaadi taur par 2 aqsaam hain, aek "sunnate hasanah" yaani ahsan sunnat (ach'cha rasm-o-rewaaj) aur dusri "sunnate saiy'ye'ah" yaani buri sunnat (bura rasm-o-rewaaj)


    jaiysa ke zail ki hadis me bayaan kiya gaya hai


    Rasule akram (صلى الله عليه و آله) ka irshaade geraami hai :


    مَن سَنَّ سُنَّةََ حَسَنَةََ كَانَ لَهُ اَجرُهَا وَ اَجرُ مَن عَمِلَ بِهَا اِلَى يَومِ القِيَامَةِ ، وَمَن سَنَّ سُنَّةََ سَیِّئَةََ كَانَ عَلَيهِ وِزرُهَا وَ وِزرُ مَن عَمِلَ بِهَا اِلَى يَومِ القِيَامَةِ


    "jo aadmi ach'chhi sunnat (ach'che rasm-o-rewaaj, kaam aur tariqe) ki bunyaad rakhe wa jaari kare to ous (bunyaad rakhne wa jaari karne waale) ke liae ous ka ajr hai aur jo log bhi ous par amal karen ge ous ka ajr-o-sawaab ous (bunyaad rakhne waale) ke liae bhi taa roze qeyaamat hai (yaani ous ke liae likha jaae ga), aur jo koei buri sunnat (bura rasm-o-rewaaj, kaam aur tariqe) eijaad wa aekhtera wa jaari kare to ous (eijaad karne waale) par ous ka gunaah hai aur jo log ous ko apne amal men laa'aen oun sab ko jo gunaah hoga wo ous (eijaad karne waale) ke naama-e-aamaal me bhi taa roze qeyaamat likha jaae ga"


    is hadise mobaarakah ke baad surah "ankabut" ki aayat 13 likhi hai jis ka tarjumah ye hai :


    "albatta ye log apne bojh zarur outhaa'aen ge aur apne bojhon ke saath mazid bojh bhi ..."


    is se pata chalta hai ke logon me buri sunnat eijaad karne waale ke liae sakht saza aur moaakhazah ( مؤاخذہ) hai aur logon me ach'chhi sunnat ki bunyaad rakhne waale ke liae ajre azim hai


    (al fosulul mokhtaarah ... jild 1 p 136 , is me shi'at ka defa kiya gaya hai / mazkurah hadis kuch mokhtalif alfaaz ke saath sunniyon ki mustanad ketaab " sahih muslim " me bhi zikr ki gaei hai jild 7 p 104 ketaabuz zakaat baabul has alas'sadaqah)


is hadis ya is ke moshaabeh hadison se istidlaal karte huae ye batlaa dun ke samaaj-o-moaasharah me koei naya ach'chha amal jaari karna aur ous ki bunyaad rakhna jo shari'at ke bunyaadi osulon aur aql ke mokhaalif na ho ; na sirf jaa'aez hai balke pasandidah kaam aur baa'aese ajre azim hai


belaa shub'ha imaam hasan (عليه السلام) ka dastar'khaan mofid, maaqul aur ach'chhi sunnaton me se hai


yaqinan is ki bunyaad rakhne waale aur is par amal karne waale ke liae ajre azim hai aur jab tak log is par amal karte rahen ge bunyaad rakhne wa jaari karne waale ke liae bhi ajr likha jaa'ae ga aur khud is par amal karne waalon ke ajr me se kuchh kam na hoga


jawaab ka baqiyah hissah niche di gaei video me molaaheza farmaaen

  1. dusri mazhabi taqribaat aur rosumaat jaiyse 13 aur 22 rajab ki nazr, 13 aur shabe 15 wa 15 shaabaan ki nazr aur is ke maanind ya ay'yaame aza me dilaaei jaane waali nazren, jhula, taabut, alam, taaziyah, sehra aur imaam zaamin waghairah ka hukm bhi wahi hai jo oupar bayaan kiya gaya

  2. aayatullaah sistaani ya aap ke daftar waale sirf jaa'aez hone ya na hone ... ke baare me bataate hain lehaaza jawaab haqir ki jaanib se hai
