keya takhnon se oupar shalwaar pahenna sunnat hai ?

Salamun Alaikum


Bhai kya shalwaar ko takhno tak pehanna sach me sunnate Rasool hai ?


Jawaab :


باسمه تعالى
ياصاحب الزمان ادركنا
عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته


baaz rewaayaat me lamba kurta aur lambi shalwaar wa paa'jaama pahenne se mana kiya gaya hai aur chhote kapde ki sefaarish ki gaei hai


Misaal ke taur par sirf 2 rewaayat molaaheza farmaa'aen :


  1. Imaam Saadiq ne Rasule Akram (سلام الله عليهم) se naql kiya hai ke aap ne Bani Tamim ke aek shakhs ko nasihat ki ke :

  2. اِيَّاكَ وَ اِسبَالَ الاِزَارِ وَالقَمِيصِ فَاِنَّ ذَالِكَ مِنَ المَخِيلَةِ وَاللهُ لَا يُحِبُّ المَخِيلَةَ


    "aiysi lambi aezaar (shalwaar, paa'jaama, lungi, chaadar, tahband) aur kurte se parhez karo jo zamin par ragadte (رگڑتے) huae chale, is liae ke wo (aezaar ko zamin par ghasit'te huae chalna) ghoruro takabbur me se hai aur khoda takabbur karne waale ko dost nahi rakhta hai"


    (foruae kaafi jild 6 p 456 h 5)


  3. Imaam Kaazim se manqul hai ke khoda wande aalam ne apne Nabi (صلوات الله عليهم) se farmaaya :

  4. وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّر


    "aur apne lebaas ko paako paakiza rakhiae"


    (modassir 4)


    "[is aayat ki tafsir me Imaam (عليه السلام) ne farmaaya) aap ka lebaas to paako paakiza tha (lehaaza is amr se khoda ki moraad ye thi ke) apne lebaas ko chhota wa kotaah kijiae / oupar chadha lijiae taa'ke aaluda na ho"


    (foruae kaafi jild 6 p 456 h 4)

ghorur wa takabbur ki qaid se maalum huaa ke lambi shalwaar pahenna motakabbir ki alaamat wa neshaani hai


kahaa ja sakta hai ke is tarah ki ahaadis khaas daur aur khaas saqaafat wa tahzib (culture) ke liae hain


is liae ke "kapde chhote wa kotaah (oupar ki taraf khinche) hon" is ki eillat aur sabab ghorur wa takabbur se duri bataaya gaya hai


mokhtalif saqaafat wa samaaj me chaal chalan, rawish aur tarze mo'aasharat yak'saan nahi hai
agar koei kaam wa amal aek saqaafat wa samaaj me akhlaaqi rezaalat ki alaamat wa neshaani ho aur dusri saqaafat wa samaaj me buraaei aur razaalat ki neshaani na ho, to dono ka hukm aek wa yak'saan nahi hota


is waqt hamaari saqaafat aur samaajo mo'aasharah me lambi shalwaar wa paa'jaama pahenna ghorur wa takabbur ki alaamat wa neshaani nahi hai balke is ke bar'aks, paa'jaama wa shalwaar ke chhote aur takhnon se oupar chadha lene ko aek tarah se "lebaase shohrat" me shumaar kiya jaa'ae ga aur lebaase shohrat mamnu hai


dusre ye ke is waqt takhnon se oupar shalwaar wa paa'jaama pahenna "takhribi jamaa'at" (tablighi jamaa'at) aur wahaabiyon ki alaamat wa neshaani aur pahchaan hai aiyse gumraah wa takhribi geroh se moshaabahat bhi mamnu hai


is tarah ki ahaadis par amal karna hameshgi aur har daur ke liae nahi hai aur na hi har jagah ke liae hai


lehaaza takhnon se oupar shalwaar pahenne ke hawaale se mauqa wa mahal ko madde nazar rakhte huae aur oun ka lehaaz rakhte huae amal karna chaahiae


Note :


lebaase shohrat :


is ke masaadeeq mokhtalif hain oun me se aek wo poshaak hai jis par log oungliyaan (انگلیاں) outhaa'aen wa angusht nama (انگشت نما) ho
