eid'dat ka matlab | mud'dat | bewah aurat ke mota'alliq ghalat rasmen

Salam ,, mera name aur number makhfi rakha jae


Sawal-1, Iddat ka kya matlab hai shariat ki haisiyat se ? Iddat ka waqt kya hai ?


Agar kisi aurat ka shauhar intiqal kar jata hai to kuchh log kehte hain ki bahar na nikle agar nikle to maghrib se pehle ghar aa jae ,,, kisi mard se baat na kare shadi biya me na jae ,,, chaliswe me safed dubatta udhaya jae ,,, qabar pe na jae ,,, kisi khushi me na shamil ho ...... agar in sab bato ka koi matlab hai to kis hadd tak yeh bate sahi hain aur kab tak in bato ko follow kare insan maslan iddat ke period tak ya sal bhar tak ya phir jab tak uski hayat hai tab tak ?

shar'ei istelaah me eid'dat ous moay'yan wa moqarrarah mud'dat wa zamaana ko kahte hain jis me talaaq ya shauhar ki maut ke sabab ya shubha me jema ( yaani kisi mard ne kisi ghair aurat ko apni biwi samajh kar dhoke se sohbat kar li ) ki wajah se aurat ko chaahiae ke intezaar kare, fauran dusra nekaah na kare, is mud'dat ke dauraan dusri shaadi karna jaa'aez nahi hai


eid'dat ki aqsaam ke aetebaar se eid'dat ki mud'dat mokhtalif hai :


1. talaaq yaaftah ki eid'dat :


jin auraton ko maahwaari aati hai oun ki eid'dat ki meqdaar ye hai ke paaki me oun ko talaaq dene ke baad aetna sabr kare ke 2 baar haiz aa'ae aur paak ho jaae jaiyse hi tisri maahwaari shoru ho ous ki eid'dat mokammal ho jaae gi, dusri shaadi kar sakti hai


( jin auraton ko haiz nahi aata hai ya haiz aata hai lekun 2 haiz me faasela 3 maah se zeyaadah hai ya jo khun na dekhne ke liae injection lagwaati hain ya dawa khaati hain ya bach'che daani ka operation kara liya hai ya aarezi band karwa li ho ya waqti aqd ke baad ki haalat ho ... to oun ki eid'dat ke mota'alliq bhi masaa'ael wa ahkaam hain )


2. haamelah ki eid'dat :


jo haamelah ho ous ki eid'dat waz'ae haml ( delivery ) ya bach'che ka saaqit hona hai

lehaaza khaawand ke talaaq dene ke kuchh hi der baad masalan aek ghanta baad bach'che ki paidaa'eish hone par ous ki eid'dat mokammal ho jaae gi lekin ye ous surat me hai ke bach'cha naa jaa'aez na ho ( apne shauhar se haamela huei ho )

jis aurat ( ladki ) ke 9 saal mokammal nahi huae hain ya jo aurat " yaa'aesah = یائسہ " ( aiysi oumr rasidah aurat jis ko haiz aana hamesha ke liae band ho gaya ho aur bach'cha paida karne ki haalat me na ho ) hai ous ke liae eid'dat nahi hai yaani shauhar ne oun se hambistari ki ho tab bhi talaaq ke baad fauran dusri shaadi kar sakti hain

ya ghair madkhulah aurat / ladki ( jis ke saath hambistari na ki ho jinsi ta'alluq qaa'aem na huaa ho ) ke liae bhi koei eid'dat nahi hai


aiyse waaqeaat bhi huae hain ke sirf nekaah huaa tha aur rokhsati se pahle ya hambistari ke pahle hi talaaq ho gaei to is surat me eid'dat nahi hai, talaaq ke baad fauran dusri shaadi kar sakti hai

3. bewah ki eid'dat :


jis aurat ke shauhar ka inteqaal ho gaya hai aur agar haamelah na ho to zaruri hai ke wo qamari 4 mahine aur 10 roz eid'dat me rahe ( is ko eid'date wafaat bhi kahte hain )

is dauraan dusri shaadi wa nekaah karne ki momaana'at hai. eid'dat puri hone ke baad naei izdewaaji zindagi ka faisla kar sakti hai aur jo chizen ous par haraam thin wo halaal wa jaa'aez ho jaaen gi

aiysi aurat jis ka khaawand gum ho jaae aur ous ki bilkul koei khabar na ho, laapata ho to ous ki eid'dat ke liae bhi ahkaam wa masaa'ael hain


bewah aurat ke liae eid'dat ke dauraan baaz dusre ahkaam :


eid'date wafaat ke dauraan eid'dat ke aelaawah tarke zinat bhi waajib hai yaani zewar aur zinat waale lebaas masalan chamak damak waale kapde pahenna, make-up wa banaao sangaar ( بناؤ سنگار ) karna, jayse surma ( kaajal ), khushbu, menhdi lagaana, bhawen banwaana ( بھنویں بنوانا ) aur baalon ki aaraaeish ... haraam hai


mokhtasar ye ke jis kaam aur chizon ka shumaar zinat wa make-up me hota hai wo ous par haraam hain lehaaza har tarah ki zinat wa zebaa'eish aur saamaane zinat se parhez kare


derina refaaqat aur husne wafa ka taqaaza ye hai ke shauhar ki wafaat par gham ki taswir ban jaae


albatta badan waghaiyrah ki safaaei wa nazaafat aur naakhun kaatna kanghi karna haraam nahi hai


isi tarah kisi ghair mahram mard se maamuli wa zaruri baat chit karna aur ous se molaaqaat karna jaa'aez hai is me koei haraj nahi hai


ghar se baahar jaa sakti hai, intehaaei saadgi ke saath shaadi beyaah ya dusri taqribaat me bhi sharik ho sakti hai haraam nahi hai


lekin makruh hai ke dauraane eid'dat raat me kisi dusri jagah soae ya bela zarurat ghar se baahar nikle


bewah aurat ke mota'alliq chand ghalat rosumaat wa khoraafaat :


bewah aurat ke silsile me baaz jagah samaaj-o-moaashera me ajib-o-gharib qism ki farsudah rasmen hain masalan ye ke eid'dat ke ay'yaam me aurat ghar se baahar nahi nikal sakti hai, kisi mard se baat nahi kar sakti, mokammal aek saal tak ach'chhe lebaas nahi pahen sakti aur khush'bu nahi laga sakti, ghar me nange paaoun chale, taa hayaat dusri shaadi nahi kar sakti khaah wo jawaan hi keyaun na ho, ous ko gosha nashini par majbur kar diya jaata hai


aur zamaanae qadim aur daure jaaheliyat me baaz mazaahib wa qabaa'ael ne to bewaaon ( بيواؤں ) ke saath intehaaei zaalemaana aur wahshiyaana soluk kiya masalan shauhar ke inteqaal ke baad ous ko shauhar ke saath zinda jala diya karte the


barre saghir me bhi hinduon ( ہندوؤں ) me rewaaj tha ke shauhar ke marne par ous ki biwi bhi ous ki cheta ( چتا ) ke saath jala kar raakh kar di jaati thi aur ye rasm " sati " kahlaati thi


baaz bewah ko shauhar ke saath zinda dar gor kar dete the aur baaz qabaa'ael me ye bhi rewaaj tha ke kuchh mud'dat tak bewah aurat shauhar ki qabr ke kenaare roz-o-shab seyaah khaima me gande aur phata poraana kapde pahen kar baithe ...


mazkurah baala tamaam rasm-o-rewaaj naa insaafi aur khoraafaat, bakwaas wa fozul hain

shar'ei aetebaar se in ki koei haisiyat nahi hai in ka islam se dur dur tak koei ta'alluq nahi


islaam ka soluk bewah auraton ke saath mokammal insaaf wa haq par mabni hai

surah baqarah ki aayaat 234 ta 237 is par sarih aur waazeh dalil hai


eid'dat ke masaa'ael ki baaqi tafsil fiqh ki ketaabon ya tauzihul masaa'ael me dekhi jaa sakti hai


maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) se manqul rewaayaat me eid'dat ki mota'addid dunyaawi wa oukhrawi maslehaten bhi bayaan ki gaei hain
