ach'chhi sunnat | buri sunnat | is ki istelaahi taarif

Asalam alaikum

Mera sawal hai ki sunnat kise kehte hain kya sunnat sirif masumeen ki hoti hai ya ghaire masumeen ki bhi hoti hai, masalan kisi ko taleem dena, quran padhana, madad karna, kya masumeen ki sunnat hai?

Aur kisi par zulm karna, kisi ko haq se baat se rokna, kisi par pani band karna, kya zalmeen ki sunnat kehlata hai, kya sunnat aur rawish main koie farq hai?


jawaab :


باسمه تعالى


السلام على الحسين و على على ابن الحسين

و على اولاد الحسين و على اصحاب الحسين


عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته

sunnat ke maani , matlab aur mafhum mokhtalif hain , sawaal ke peshe nazar jawaab molaaheza farmaaen :

sunnat ke loghawi maani :


raah , rawish , tariqa , raasta aur sirat waghairah hai


zaahir hai raah , rawish aur tariqa ... ach'chha hota hai aur bura bhi , isi liae loghawi aetebaar se sunnat ki 2 qismen hain :


1. sunnate hasana ya saaleha ( ach'chhi aur nek wa paak sunnat )


2. sunnate say'yeah ( buri aur ghalat sunnat )


aayaat aur rewaayaat me in dono sunnaton ka zikr hai


rasule aazam ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) se marwi hai :


مَن سَنَّ سُنَّةََ حَسَنَةََ عُمِلَ بِهَا مِن بَعدِهِ كَانَ لَهُ اَجرَهُ وَ مِثلَ اُجُورِهِم مِن غَيرِ اَن يَنقُصَ مِن اُجُورِهِم شَيئاََ ، وَ مَن سَنَّ سُنَّةََ سَيِّئَةََ فَعُمِلَ بِها بَعدَهُ كَانَ عَلَيهِ وِزرَهُ وَ مِثلَ اَوزَارِهِم مِن غَيرِ اَن يَنقُصَ مِن اَوزَارِهِم شَيئاََ

mafhum :


"jo shakhs ach'chhi sunnat ( ach'chhe wa nek tariqa ) ki bunyaad rakhe aur ous ko logon ke darmeyaan jaari kare taake ous ke baad ous par amal kiya jaae to ouse oun tamaam logon ke baraabar ajr-o-sawaab mile ga jo ous par amal karen ge be-ghair is ke keh amal karne waalon ke ajr me koei kami ho aur jis shakhs ne buri sunnat ( bure wa ghalat tariqa ) ki bunyaad rakhi aur ous ko logon ke darmeyaan rewaaj diya aur ous ke baad ous par amal kiya jaae to ous par oun tamaam logon ke gunaahon ka bojh hoga jo ous par amal karen ge be-ghair is ke keh oun ke bojh me kami aae"


( sunni ketaab " kanzul oummaal jild 15 p 780 h 43079 / shia ketaabon me bhi is tarah ki hadis maujud hai aur nahjul balaagha naama 53 me amirul momenin ali عليه السلام ne sunnate saaleha se taabir kiya hai )


aayaat aur ahaadis se istefaada hota hai ke lafz " sunnat " loghawi aetebaar se wa arabi me moqaddas nahi hai yaani ye lafz sirf ach'chhe maf'hum me istemaal nahi hota hai , agar sunnat ach'chhi hai to moqaddas hai agar ach'chhi nahi hai to buri hai


lehaaza agar kisi ne ach'chhi taalim dene , qur'aan padhaane , zarurat mandon ki madad karne ... jaysi sunnat wa tariqe aur rawish ki bunyaad rakhi aur logon ke darmeyaan raa'aej kiya to ye maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ki sunnat , tariqa aur sirat hai

Aur agar kisi ne haq baat se roka , kisi par paani band kiya , zulm kiya ... to ye bure insaanon jaiyse yazid wa amsaale yazid ki sunnat , tariqa aur rawish hai


sunnat ke istelaahi maani :


shiaon ke nazdik :


sunnat ka itlaaq har ous qaul , fel aur taqrir par kiya jaata hai jo maasumin ( صلوات الله و سلامه عليهم ) se manqul ho


qaul se moraad :


har wo lafz wa guftaar hai jo maasumin ( سلام الله عليهم ) ki zabaan se ada huaa ho


fel se moraad :


wo kaam hai jis par khud maasumin ( عليهم السلام ) ne amal kiya ho


taqrir se moraad :


kisi kaam par amal karte huae dusron ko dekha aur ous par sokut farmaaya to ye ous kaam ke sahih ya jaaez hone par dalil hai , dar haqiqat maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ki khaamoshi taaeid hai

isi liae kaha jaata hai :

qaul , fel aur taqrire maasumin ( عليهم السلام ) hujjat hai


sunnat fiqh me :


istehbaab ke maani me hai yaani agar ous par amal karen to sawaab hai aur amal na karen to aeqaab wa azaab nahi hai


Note :


oupar jo kuch bayaan kiya gaya oun ke baare me tafsilaat bahot hain aur sunnate aelaahi ke mota'alliq bhi tafsili bahs hai
