Bad'gomaani ki taarif wa matlab :

is ko istelaah me " suae zan " ( سوئے ظن ) kahte hain

ye 2 kaleme se milaa kar banaaya gaya hai " su " (سوء ) yaani buraaei wa kharaabi our har wo chiz jo naa pasand , nafrat angez our ghinaaoni ( گھناؤنى ) ho

" zan " ( ظن ) yaani gomaan wa kheyaal

pas kisi ke baare me yaqini khabar ke be ghir bura kheyaal wa bad zani ko " suae zan " kahte hain

baa alfaaze digar : kisi ke af'aal wa aqwaal ... ke mota'alliq bela dalil manfi raae qaa'aem karna


mokhtasar ye ke har chiz ko bad gomaani wa bad bini ki aiynak ( عينک ) se dekhna

suae zan wa bad gomaani ka daaerah bahot wasi hai , ye aiysi mota'addi ( متعدی ) bimaari hai jo insaan ki zaati zindagi se lekar moaashere ki aebaadi , aeqtesaadi , seyaasi our ijtemaaei zindagi tak bigaad ( بگاڑ ) ka laa motanaahi silselah shuru kar deti hai

masalan kisi ne izhaare mohabbat kiya to dil me laata hai zarur koei matlab hai , kisi ko khoshu wa khozu ke saath namaaz padhte dekha to dil hi dil me kahta hai ye reya kaari hai , kisi bhi wajah se mobile band ho jaae to gomaan hone lagta hai ke qasdan band kar diya , kisi ke paas maal o daulat dekhi to ous ki zahmaton wa mehnaton ... our thos shaahid wa dalil par tawajjoh kiae beghair bad gomaani karne lagta hai ke do nambar ka maal hai , kisi ko kuch karte ya munh hi munh me kuch kahte dekh liya to fauran jaadu tona karne ka ilzaam laga diya

shauhar ki tawajjoh biwi ki taraf kam ho gaei to saas wa nand se bad gomaani wa beja shub'ha ke ous ne apne bete wa bhaaei ke kaan bhare hon ge , is ke sabab saas bahu wa bhaabhi me than jaati hai

isi tarah agar biwi ki tawajjoh shauhar ki taraf kam ho gaei to susraal waalon ke baare me bura kheyaal , aakhir kaar oun me talaaq wa judaaei ki naubat aa jaati hai , bhaaei our bahen ke darmeyaan ta'alluqaat tut jaate hain our yun aek hansta basta ghar oujad jaata hai

ya kisi ka koei kalaam suna to ous se faasid maani moraad le liya baa wojude ke ous ke dusre sahih maani maujud the ...

mokhtasar ye ke har jagah bad gomaani ka naasur phaiyla huaa hai
is me shak nahi ke " suae zan wa bad gomaani " aek insaani wa samaaji buraaei ke saath saath akhlaaqi , nafseyaati our qalbi bimaari bhi hai

isi liae qur'aan hakim our rewaayaat me " suae zan " ko gunaah bataaya gaya hai our is ki mazammat ki gaei hai

our baaz olamaae akhlaaq ne is ko " qalbi ghibat " ( قلبى غيبت ) ka naam diya hai , is liae ke shakki hamesha dil hi dil our apne zamir me dusron ki ghibat wa bad goei me masruf rahta hai



Qur'aan majid me " suae zan " ki momaane'at :

qur'aan me bad gomaani se roka gaya hai , surah " hojoraat " aayat 12 me hai :

" ay eimaan waalo bahot se gomaano ( bad gomaaniyon ) se bacho , baaz gomaan ( bad gomaani ) yaqinan gunaah hai our kisi ki toh me na lago our aek dusre ki ghibat na karo , keya tum me se koei ye pasand kare ga ke wo apne mare huae bhaaei ka ghosht khaae ? is se to khud tum nafrat karte ho ...



Rewaayat me " suae zan " :

rewaayaat bahot hain darj zail hadise mobaarakah me bhi bad gomaani karne ki mazammat our momaaneat farmaaei hai

rasule khoda ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) se marwi hai :


اِنَّ اللهَ حَرَّمَ مِنَ المُسلِمِ دَمَهُ وَ مَالَهُ وَ عِرضَهُ وَ اَن يَظُنَّ بِهِ ظَنَّ السُّوءِ

" be shak khoda ne musalmaan ke khun , maal our aabru ko aek dusre par haraam thahraaya ( ٹھہرایا ) hai ( yaani ye mohtaram hain ) our musalmaan ke baare me " suae zan " rakhne ko ( yaani suae zan ko bhi haraam qaraar diya hai )"

( al mohajjatul baiyzah jild 5 p 267 )



Noqsaanaat wa asaraat :

suae zan ke noqsaanaat bahot zeyaadah hain , inferaadi noqsaanaat bhi hain our ijtemaaei bhi , ye nehaayat hi ghatiya khaslat hai

noqsaanaat ki taraf rewaayaat me aeshaara kiya gaya hai , oun me se baaz molaaheza farmaaen :

(1) eimaan ka khaatema :

amirul momenin ali ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


لَا اِيمَانَ مَعَ سُوءِ ظَن

" suae zan ke saath eimaan nahi hai "

( ghorarul hekam )



(2) doston ka juda wa bichad ( بچھڑ ) jaana :

amirul momeni ali ( عليه السلام )  se manqul hai :


 مَن غَلَبَ عَلَيهِ سُوءُ الظَّنِّ لَم يَترُك بَينَهُ وَ بَينَ خَلِيلِ صُلحاََ 

" jis shakhs par bhi bad gomaani ghalaba paae to ous ke our ous ke dost ke darmeyaan dosti khatm ho jaati hai "

( hawaalae saabiq )



(3) be aetemaadi :

siddiqe akbar ali ( عليه السلام ) se marwi hai :


 شَرُّالنَّاسِ مَن لَا يَثِقُ بِاَحَدِِ لِسُوءِ ظَنِّهِ وَلَا يَثِقُ بِهِ اَحَد لِسُوءِ فِعلِهِ 

" bad tarin insaan wo hai jo apne suae zan ki wajah se kisi par aetemaad nahi karta hai our ous ke bure kaam ke sabab koei bhi ous par aetemaad nahi karta hai "

( hawaalae saabiq )



(4) izteraab wa gosha nashini our dil ki bimaariyon ka khatra

faaruqe aazam ali ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


اَلمُرِيبُ اَبَداََ عَلِيل

" shakki hamesha bimaar hai "

( hawaalae saabiq )



(5) buraaeion par oubhaarna :

imaam ali ( عليه السلام ) ka irshaad hai :


 سُوءُ الظَّنِّ يَفسِدُ الاُمُور وَ يَبعَثُ عَلَى الشُّرُورِ 

" suae zan omur ko kharaab wa tabaah kar deta hai our buraaeion par oubhaarta rahta hai " 

( khesaal-e-saduaq p 624 )


aap ne is hakimaana kalaam me suae zan se paiyda hone waali tamaam buraaeion , jaraa'aem ... ko samet kar rakh diya hai

bela shubha dunya me hone waale bahot saare hawaadis , jaraa'aem , neza , qatl o ghaarat'gari , dil me mail aane , miyaa biwi me judaaei , gharelu naa chaaqi , qat'ae ta'alluqi , dusron ki zindagiyon ki toh me rahne wa khoj lagaane ... ranjishon ki bhatti har waqt dahakti rahne our izteraab wa stress
... ka mohim sabab suae zan wa bad gomaani hai ye aek buraaei , kaei buraaeion ka pesh khaiyma ban jaati hai

bad gomaani aek aiysa phanda hai jo bhi is ke phande me phans gaya wo gunaahon ki dal dal me khud ba khud phansta chala jaata hai isi liae islaam ne is se ijtenaab ka hukm diya hai


Suae zan ke awaamil wa asbaab :

bad gomaani jaysi bad tarin akhlaaqi bimaari paiyda wa panapne ke mokhtalif asbaab hain

oun me se baaz darj zail hain :


eimaan ki kamzori , ghorur , hasad , aehsaase kamtari ka shekaar hona , khud ko bada samajhna , aiyse ghar me parwarish paana jo gomaanon ki kasrat me jine ka aadi ho our baateni khabaasat ...

amirul momeni ali ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


 سُوءُ الظَّنِّ بِمَن لَا يَخُونُ مِنَ اللُّؤمِ 

" aiyse shakhs ke baare me suae zan rakhna jo kheyaanat nahi karta hai pasti wa kamingi me se hai "



Badgomaani ka aelaaj :

is se bachne ke liae sirf chand baaton ki taraf aeshaara kiya jaa raha hai :

is ke noqsaanaat ... par tawajjoh , tark par mosammam wa mazbut aeraada , taqwaae aelaahi , jahaan tak momkin hai husne zan rakhen ous ke ach'che pahlu dekhen

 ahle baite ismato tahaarat ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ke zariae khoda se madad talab karna our  baaz azkaar wa doaa'on ko padhna ( mafaatihul jenaan baab hadise nafs me dekh len )

amirul momenin ali ( عليه السلام ) ka irshaad hai :


 ضَع اَمرَ اَخِيكَ عَلَى اَحسَنِهِ حَتَّى يَاتِيَكَ مَا يَغلِبُكَ مِنهُ وَلَا تَظُنَّنَّ بِكَلِمَةِِ خَرَجَت مِن اَخِيكَ سُوءاََ وَ اَنتَ تَجِدُ لَهَا فِى الخَيرِ مَحمِلاََ 

" apne dini bhaaei ke aamaal ( qaul o fel ) ki bena ous ke behtarin par rakho ( yaani ous ke kaamon ki taabir wa taujih behtarin tariqe se karo ) ous waqt tak jab tak ous se koei aiysa kaam sarzad ho jo taujih wa taawil ka raasta band kar de ( yaani behtarin tariqe se ous ke kaamon ki taujih wa taawil karna momkin na ho ) our jo baat tumhaare bhaaei ke munh se nikli hai ous ke baare me ous waqt tak hargiz bad gomaani na karo jab tak ous ki behtar taujih kar sakte ho

( osule kaafi jild 2 p 362 ketaabul eimaan wal kufr baab التهمة و سوء الظن )



raushan hai biwi wa shauhar aek dusre se apna mobile chupa kar rakhen ya jo shakhs masalan hamesha sharaab khaane ya juaa khaane me jaae , naa mahram se ta'alluqaat qaa'aem rakhe our ghalat fahmiyaan paiyda karne waali baaten kare to aiyse afraad ke is kaam ki taujih wa taawil ach'che tariqe se nahi ki jaa sakti hai

isi liae taakid ki gaei hai ke tohmat ki jagah se bacho , tohmat ki jagah khade hone ya baithne ya  aane jaane ... se bad gomaani paiyda hoti hai ,
misaal ke taur par kisi ko sharaab khaane ... me aate jaate dekh kar ous ko kisi ne sharaab khor gomaan kiya ya naa mahram se ta'alluqaat ko dekh kar kisi ke zehan me bure khayaalaat aaen ... to tohmat ki jagah se na bach'ne waale shakhs ka qosur hai is liae ke tohmat lagne ki jagah se ijtenaab keyon na kiya

isi tarah agar koei apni tahrir ya taqrir me aiyse kalemaat wa jumle istemaal karta rahe jis ke maani faasid hon ya ous se ghalat fahmiyaan wa bad gomaaniyaan paiyda ho rahi hon our ous ke khelaaf hangama ( ہنگامہ ) barpa ho to khud ka qosur hai , aiyse kalemaat se parhez keyon na kiya

amirul momenin ali ( عليه السلام ) ka irshaade geraami hai :


 مَن وَضَعَ نَفسَهُ مَوَاضِعَ التُّهمَةِ فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ مَن اَسَاءَ بِهِ الظَّنَّ 

" jis ne khud ko tohmat ki jagah qaraar diya to ous ke baare me suae zan rakhne waale ko malaamat na kare ( balke khud ko malaamat kare wa khud ki sarzanish kare is liae ke suae zan ke asbaab khud faraaham kiae hain )

( nahjul balaagha hikmat 159 )



qaabile tawajjoh baat ye bhi hai ke kisi ke baare me suae zan na rakhne ka matlab hargiz ye nahi hai ke ous ko ach'cha insaan samajh kar ous par aankhen band karke aetemaad kar len wa ous ki har baat maan len our apne saare raaz bata den ... aiysa karna khelaafe aql wa din hai


Bad gomaani ka shar'ei hukm :

suae zan wa bure gomaan sirf zehan wa soch tak mahdud rahen to gunaah nahi magar jab zabaan ya amal se zaahir hone lagen to gunaah ban jaate hain

albatta sirf dil-o-demaagh me rahne se bhi hat'tal imkaan gurez karna chahiae is liae ke ye chingari ( چنگاری ) ki tarah hai kisi bhi waqt sulag wa bhadak sakti hai

koei yahaan sawaal outha sakta hai ke bad gomaani insaan ke aekhteyaar me nahi hai lehaaza is ki wajah se ghalat wa naa pasand baaten zabaan ya amal se zaahir ho jaaen to gunaah keyon hai ?

is ta'alluq se arz kar dun ke moqaddemaat our ous ke liae raasta hamwaar karna to insaan ke aekhteyaar me hai

masalan aashiq-o-maashuq kahte hain eishq hamaare aekhteyaar me nahi hai hogaya sahih hai lekin is ke asbaab waghairah to in ke aekhteyaar me the ya chhat se kudna insaan ke aekhteyaar me hai , jaan dena ( maut ) ous ke aekhteyaar me nahi hai lekin ye khud'kushi hai wa haraam


keyaun ke khud'kushi ke moqaddemaat our asbaab aekhteyaari the
isi tarah suae zan wa bad gomaani ka hukm hai


aakhir me jawaab ka aekhtetaam is baat par karte hain ke momin ke saath suae zan se mana kiya gaya hai our husne zan rakhne ke liae kaha gaya hai

isi tarah khoda ke saath bhi suae zan mamnu hai our husne zan rakhne ki bahot taakid

( is ta'alluq se tafsili bahs hai )
