سلام عليكم
- Imaame jamaa'at ke sharaa'aet :
- halaal zaadah hone par tamaam shia foqahaa wa mujtahedin ka ijma wa ittefaaq hai
aur mokhtalif rewaayaat bhi hain, misaal ke taur par sirf aek rewaayat ka matn aur baaqi ke hawaale molaaheza farmaa'aen :
baa'eimaan, 12 imaami shia, baaligh, aaqil (majnun wa diwaana na ho), aadil, halaal zaadah hona hai
aur namaaz bataure sahih padhe yaani qeraa'at sahih ho
(baaqi tafsil tauzihul masaa'ael me padh len)
ye sharaa'aet kin dalilon se saabit hain ? ye eilmi, ijtehaadi aur tafsili bahs hai, is mokhtasar jawaab me oun ke zikr karne ki gunjaa'eish nahi hai
Amirul Momenin Ali (عليه السلام) se marwi hai :
لا يصلين احدكم خلف المجذوم والابرص ... والمجنون ... و ولدالزنا
"koei bhi marize kodh (کوڑھ) aur baras ke bimaar aur majnun ... aur haraam zaadah ke pichhe namaaz na padhe"

(is rewaayat ke mota'alliq tafsili bahas hai ke keya marize kodh aur safed kodh ke bimaar ke pichhe namaaz padhna jaa'aez hai ya makruh ?)
wojuhaat keya hain ? :

sharaab noshi ka natija nasha wa masti hai isi tarah zena ka natija aiysa shakhs hai jo ghalat kaam ki taraf maa'ael rahta hai
walade zena me baateni khabaasat wa razaalat zeyaadah paaei jaati hai lehaaza ous me gunaah wa ghalat kaam karne ke imkaanaat bhi bahot zeyaadah hain ...
dusre ye ke samaajo mo'aashare me bhi ye aek naqs maana jaata hai aur aiysa shakhs khush'naam bhi nahi hai
is mansab ki ahamiyat ke peshe nazar shaayad isi wajah wa eillat ki bena par walade zena ko imaame jamaa'at banne ka haq nahi hai
dunyaawi qawaanin me bhi aiysa hi hai masalan naabina ya mafluj ya maalul ... ko baaz mansab nahi diae jaate hain
albatta imaame jamaa'at banne ki aejaazat na hona aeqaab ya saza ke taur par nahi hai, is liae ke is me ous ki koei khata nahi hai ; qosurwaar to zaani wa zaaniyah hain keyon'ke jurm ous ne nahi, ous ke waaledain ne kiya hai

rewaayat ke motaabiq Janaabe Nuh ne kashti me kutta aur suwar ko sawaar kiya lekin ous me walade zena ko sawaar nahi kiya
is ka matlab ye nahi hai ke wo aa'ae aur Janaabe Nuh ne sawaar nahi kiya balke is ka matlab ye hai ke wo apne aekhteyaar se kashti me sawaar hone ke liae nahi aa'ae
ya Janaabe Saaleh ki ountni ka qaatil walade zena tha, ya Janaabe Yahya aur Amirul Momenin Ali wa Imaam Hussain (سلام الله عليهم) ke qaatil bhi walade zena the
ye log yaqinan jahannam me jaa'aen ge
lekin walade zena hone ki wajah se nahi balke apne oun aamaal wa jaraa'aem ki bena par dozakh me jaa'aen ge jin ka irtekaab apne aekhteyaar se kiya hai
(walade zena ke mota'alliq bahot tafsili bahs hai yahaan sirf aeshaara kiya gaya hai lehaaza is ko kaafi na samjha jaa'ae)
