Ek chhota sa sawaal tha.
Waaledain awaaz de aur ham namaaz padh rahe hon.
Waajib namaaz nahi tod sakte, lekin
Hamne suna hai ke mustahab namaaz ho aur Maa awaaz de to usko Tod kar labbaik kehna lazim hai..
Iski wazaahat chaahiye thi reference ke sath..
Jawaab :
باسمه تعالى
عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته
imaam kaazim ( عليه السلام ) se marwi hai :
اِنَّ الرَّجُلَ اِذَا كَانَ فِى الصَّلَاةِ فَدَعَاهُ الوَالِدُ فَليُسَبِّح وَ اِذَا دَعَتهُ الوَالِدَةُ فَليَقُل لَبَّيكِ
"be'shak aadmi jab namaaz me hai waalid ous ko pukaare to ( jawaab me ) tasbih padhe aur jab waaleda ous ko pukaare to labbaik ( haazir hun ) kahe ( yaani namaaz tod de )
rasul-e-rahmat ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) se rewaayat hai :
اِذَا كُنتَ فِى صَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ فَاِن دَعَاكَ وَالِدُكَ فَلَا تَقطَعهَا وَ اِن دَعَتكَ وَالِدَتُكَ فَاقطَعهَا
"jab tum mustahab namaaz me ho agar tumhaare waalid tumhen pukaaren to namaaz ko na todo aur agar tumhaari waaleda tumhen pukaaren to namaaz ko tod do ( aur jawaab do )"
wazaahat :
pahli hadis me bhi namaaz se moraad mustahabbi ( naafela ) namaaz hai is liae ke maa baap ke pukaarne par waajib namaaz nahi tod sakte hain, kuchh jag'hen hain jahaan kisi khaas sakht zarurat wa madad ... ke liae waajib namaaz tod sakte hain balke baaz jagah todna waajib hai ( tafsil tauzihul masaa'ael me padh len )
mustahabbi namaaz todna hatta kisi zarurat wa dalil ke beghair jaa'aez hai haraam nahi hai yaani aekhteyaar hai jo karna chaahe kare padhe yaa tode albatta aehteyaat-e-mustahab ye hai ke aekhteyaar ki haalat me na tode
jab mustahabbi namaaz kisi zarurat ke beghair aam haalaat me tod sakte hain to maa baap ke pukaarne aur aawaaz dene par badarja'ae aula ( بدرجئہ اولی ) tod sakte hain
yahaan aap ke zehan me shaayad ye sawaal paida ho ke jab kisi zarurat ke beghair mustahabbi namaaz tod sakte hain to hadis me ye keyun kaha gaya " jab baap pukaare to na todo aur jab maa pukaare to tod do " mustahabbi namaaz aekhteyaar ki haalat me tod sakte hain to baap ke pukaarne par keyun nahi tod sakte hain ?
maa ki tarah baap ka bhi aehteraam wa khayaal rakhna waajib hai, hadis me moraad baap ki tauhin karna nahi hai balke ye bataana hai ke maa ka haq baap ke haq par moqaddam hai, maa ka haq azim hai baap ke saath neki wa aehsaan karne ki ba nisbat maa ke saath neki wa aehsaan karna afzal wa bartar aur zeyaadah mustahab hai
mokhtasar ye ke hadis me baap par , maa ki fauqiyat wa bartari ki taraf aeshaara hai
ye bartari wa tarjih dena bela wajah nahin hai is ki wajah wa raaz ye hai ke maa ki qurbaaniyaan wa zahmaten zeyaadah hain, haml ke maraahil me aam taur par 9 maah tak bach'cha maa ke pet me rahta hai maa ne bade ranj ke saath ouse shekam me rakha hai phir waz-e-haml aur dudh pilaane jaiysi takaalif ... bar'daasht karti hai, apni raahat, nind wa sehat ki parwa nahi karti ... paiy'daaeish se pahle aur paiy'daaeish ke baad be'laus tamaam sakhtiyon ... ko tahammul karte huae aulaad ki tarbiyat karti hai phir samaaj-o-mo'aashere ke hawaale kar deti hai
