Gunaaho ka kaffara dene ke liye jo roza rakha jaata hai uski niyat kya hogi ?
Agar ham jaan bujh ke gunaah kar de to uska kya kaffara dena hoga
jawaab :
باسمه تعالى
عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاتهaap ki khidmat me arz kar dun ke gunaah ka kaffaarah roze , jhuti qasam , qasam todne our shar'ei nazr wa mannat par amal na karne waala kaffaarah nahin hai
dusre ye ke roza , gunaah ya khata ka badla wa kaffaarah nahin hai balke tauba wa istighfaar ke mokhtalif aadaab wa tariqon me se aek hai
janaab-e-abu basir se rewaayat hai ke imaam saadiq ( عليه السلام ) se surah tahrim ki aayat 8 " ... allaah ke hozur me tauba karo tauba-e-nasuh ( khaalis tauba ) ... " ki tafsir ke baare me pucha gaya to aap ne farmaaya :
" is se moraad roz-e-budh our roz-e-jumeraat our roz-e-juma roza rakhna hai "
is ka matlab ye hai ke in 3 dinon me roza rakhe phir tauba kare
lehaaza roza , aadaab-e-tauba me se aek hai
Niyat :
roza rakhta / rakhti hun tauba karne ke liae qurbatan aelallaah
Gunaah ka kaffaarah :
-
sach'che dil se tauba wa istighfaar karen :
aam taur par ham log " اَستَغفِرُ الله " ( me allaah se maghferat chaahta hun ) ko halka samajhte hain
jab ke amirul momenin ali ( عليه السلام ) ne is ki 6 sharten wa maani bayaan kiae hain wo hasbe zail hain :
amirul momenin ali ( عليه السلام ) ki khidmat me aek shakhas ne matlab par tawajjoh kiae beghair " استغفرالله " ( me allaah se maghferat chaahta hun ) kaha to aap ne farmaaya :
tumhen maalum hai istighfaar keya hai ?
istighfaar ounche maqaam waalon ka darja wa martaba hai
our is ke 6 maani hain :

jo guzar gaya ous par pashimaani
( saabeqa gunaahon par nedaamat ) -
hamesha ke liae ous ( gunaah ) ki taraf waapsi wa laut, na aane ka azm
( yaani hamesha ke liae aaeindaah gunaah na karne ka pokhta azm ) - logon ke hoquq ko ada kare ...
- jetne waajib chut gae hain oun ko ada kare ( baja laae )
- wo gosht jo haraam kaam se jism par bane hain oun ko bahot zeyaadah huzn o andoh se pighlaae yahaan tak ke khaal haddiyon se chipak jaae our khaal wa haddiyon ke darmeyaan naya wa taaza gosht nikal aae

jism ko aetaa'at ka ranj o alam ( sakhti ) chakhaae jis tarah ous ko gunaah ki lazzat chakhaaei thi
is ke saath kahe " استغفر الله " ( me khoda se maghferat chaahta hun )
( nahjul balaagha hikmat 417 )
mokhtasar ye ke sidq dil se tauba karen our ye bhi yaad rahe ke tauba ke 5 arkaan hain :
- aeteraaf-e-jurm wa gunaah
- nedaamat wa sharmindagi
- aaeindah na karne ka azm
-
gunaahon ki talaafi
( agar gunaah ki talaafi karna laazemi ho to phir talaafi bhi zaruri hai haq'qullaah ho ya haq'qun naas) - zabaan se istighfaar ki kasrat
-
- zarurat mand ko sadqa wa khairaat dena ( baqra 271 )
- qarz dena ( taghaabun 17 )
- mariz ki khabar giri :
- ba'kasrat salawaat bhejna :
amirul momenin ali ne rasul-e-khoda ( صلوات الله عليهم ) se naql kiya hai :
" jo bhi mariz ki zarurat wa haajat ko pura karne ki koshish kare chaahe ous ko pura kar paae ya na kar paae to apne gunaahon se is tarah khaarij ( paak ) ho jaata hai jaiyse paak o saaf maa ke pet se paiyda huaa thaa
ansaar me se aek shakhs ne pucha ... agar bimaar ous ke ghar ka ho our ous ki zarurat pura karne ki koshish kare to keya ous ka ajr o paadaash zeyaadah nahin hai ? to rasul-e-rahmat ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) ne farmaaya han ( yaani ajr zeyaadah hai )
salawaat bahot bada sahaara our khazaana hai
imaam reza ( عليه السلام ) se marwi aek tafsili rewaayat ka aek hissa molaaheza farmaaen :
" agar koei aiyse kaam ki tawaanaaei wa qudrat nahin rakhta hai jo ous ke gunaahon ke mit jaane wa bakhshish ( kaffaarah ) ka sabab bane to mohammad wa aap ki aal par bahot salawaat bheje is liae ke kasrat se salawaat bhejna gunaahon ko mita deta hai jaiysa mitaane ka haq hai ( yaani kasrat se salawaat bhejna gunaahon ko jad ( جڑ ) se bilkul naabud kar deta hai )
aek aam salawaat hai jo ham mahaafil o majaalis ... me bhjte hain
aek dusri wa khaas salawaat bhi hai ous me 14 maasumin our janaab-e-khadija ( سلام الله عليهم ) ka naam lekar salawaat bheji gaei hai ye salawaat bhi mokhtasar hai lekin insaani zindagi me is ke bahot saare asaraat wa barakaat hain
ye imaam sajjaad ( عليه السلام ) se manqul hai our hirz-e-imaam zaiynul aabedeen ( عليه السلام ) se maaruf hai
mafaatihul jenaan me doaa-e-tawassul wa hirz-e-faatema ( عليها السلام ) ke baad is ka zikr hai
Note :
jo bayaan kiya gaya sirf ousi me gunaahon ka kaffaarah munhasir nahin hai is ke aelaawah bhi tariqe hain our aadaab o sharaa'aet bhi tafsili ketaabon se roju karen
