Sawal -Ek Shia Hadis ki website par hadees mila jisme namaaz ki rakat ke bare me imam ka qaul hai ... namaaz to ailan rislat ke baad aaya is hadees par kuch wazahat farmaye hadees ka mafhum aur sanad sahi hai ya nahi shukriya ..
Imam Jafar-e-Sadiq (a.s) se kisi ne poocha:
Yeh Namazo ki rakate mukhtalif kyu hoti hai?
Imam ne farmaya,
Bunyadi tour par 2 rakate farz thi,
Jab Ali (a.s.) ne Zahoor kiya toh Hazoor Pak (s.a.w.w.) ne shukarane ki 2 rakate Asar mein padhi toh woh Allah ne 4 farz kardi.
Phir Janab-e-Syeda (a.s.) ki aamad par Maghrib ki namaz mein ek rakat shukarane ki ada ki toh woh 3 rakat wajib ho gayi.
Phir Hasnain (a.s.) ki aamad par 2, 2 rakate shukrane ki ada ki toh Isha aur zohar bhi 4,4 rakat ho gayi.
Imam farmate hai ke,
yehi wajah hai ke jab koi Halat-e-safar mein hota hai toh Hum apna Haq us se utha lete hai, lekin maghrib ki namaz 3 rakat hi ada ki jati hai, woh Haq-e-Zehra (s.a.) hai jo har hal main ada karna wajib hai.

mokhtalif rewaayaat se saabit hai ke namaaz janaab-e-aadam ke zamaane se hai , tamaam ambiya khosusan saahebaan-e-shari'at namaaz padhte the
aek rewaayat ke motaabiq har nabi ki aakheri wasiyat namaaz thi
( foru-e-kaafi jild 3 p 264 ketaabus salaat h 6 )
aelaan-e-resaalat ( nozul-e-qur'aan , islaam our besat ) ke pahle bhi rasul-e-khoda ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) namaaz padhte the lekin kaifiyat wa tariqa keya tha ? ous ki tafsil waazeh taur par nahi maalum hai
dusre sawaal ke mota'alliq batlaa dun ke aek hai " farzullaah " ( allaah ki taraf se farz wa waajib ) our aek hai " farzun'nabi " ( nabi ki jaanib se farz wa waajib )
khoda ki jaanib se namaaz do do rak'at waajib wa farz qaraar di gaei yaani majmu'an 10 rak'aten , our khoda hi ki aejaazat se rasul-e-geraami ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) ne 7 rak'aton ka aezaafa kiya , 4 rak'ati namaaz me do do rak'at ka our namaaz-e-maghrib me aek rak'at ka , ye hai " farzun'nabi " ye bhi asl fariza ki tarah our ous ke baraabar hai , ghir az safar in ko tark karna jaa'aez nahi hai majmuan 17 rak'aten farz huein
bahot saari mokhtasar wa tawil rewaayaton our ketaabon me is baat ka zikr hai jaiyse :

7 rak'aton ka aezaafa rasul-e-khoda ( صلی الله عليه و آله ) ne kiya , ye motabar rewaayaton se saabit hai lekin sawaal ye hai ke 7 rak'aton ka aezaafa keyaun kiya ? is ki hikmat wa eillat our raaz keya hai ?
is ka asli eilm wa ramz o raaz se aagaahi khoda our maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ko hai is liae ke is ke asraar wa romuz ko aam insaan ki aql dark nahin kar sakti hai our insaan hazm bhi nahin kar sakta hai
albatta jis qadr hikmaton our wojuhaat ka jaanna zaruri tha our insaan hazm bhi kar sakta tha ous ko ousi meqdaar bayaan kar diya gaya hai
namaaz ki rak'aat ke ta'alluq se baaz hikmaton wa asbaab ka zikr rewaayaat me hai lekin ye eillaten our asbaab ousi me munhasir nahi hain
sawaal ke peshe nazar rewaayat ke za'eif wa mursal hone our sanad se sarf-e-nazar karte huae ( is liae ke ye eilmi bahas hai ) aiysi rewaayaton ka zikr our mafhum peshe khidmat hai jis me oun eillaton our wojuhaat ki taraf aeshaara kiya gaya hai jin ka zikr sawaal me hai :
imaam saadiq ( عليه السلام ) se pucha gaya namaaz-e-maghrib ki 3 rak'at keyaun hai ? our is ke baad 4 rak'at naafela ...?
to aap ne farmaaya :
فَلَمَّا صَلَّى ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) المَغرِبَ بَلَغَهُ مُولِدَ فاطمة ( عليها السلام ) فَاَضَافَ اِلَيهَا رَكعَةً شُكراً لِلّه عَزَّوَجَلَّ فَلَّمَا اَنَّ وُلِدَ الحسنُ ( عليه السلام ) اَضَافَ اِلَيهَا رَكعَتَينِ شُكراً لِلَّه عزوجل فَلَمَّا اَنَّ وُلِدَ الحسينُ ( عليه السلام ) اَضَافَ اِلَيهَا رَكعَتَينِ شُكراََ لِلّه عزوجل فَقَالَ : " لِلذَّكَرِ مِثلُ حَظِّ الاُنثَيَينِ
jab rasul-e-khoda ( صلى الله عليه و آله ) namaaz-e-maghrib padhne me mashghul the to welaadat-e-janaab-e-faatema ( سلام الله عليها ) ki khush khabari aap ko mili to khoda ka shukraana ke taur par namaaz-e-maghrib me aek rak'at ka aezaafa kar diya our jab imaam hasan ( عليه السلام ) ki welaadat huei to namaaz-e-maghrib ke baad 2 rak'at ka aezaafa ba ounwaan-e-naafela kiya ba taur-e-shukre khoda our jab imaam husain ( عليه السلام ) ki welaadat huei to 2 rak'at ka aezaafa ba ounwaan-e-naafela kiya ( maghrib ka naafela 4 rak'at hai ) shukr-e-khoda ke taur par , aek ladke ka hissa 2 ladkiyon ke baraabar hai ..."

imaam baaqir ( عليه السلام ) se manqul hai :
لَمَّا عُرِجَ بِرَسُولِ الله ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) نَزَلَ بِالصَّلَاةِ عَشرَ رَكَعَاتِ ، رَكعَتَين رَكعَتَين فَلَمَّا وُلِدَ الحسنُ والحسينُ ( عليهما السلام ) زَادَ رَسولُ الله ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) سَبعَ رَكَعَاتِ شُكراً لِلَّه فَاَجَازَ اللهُ لَهُ ذَالِكَ
" jab rasul-e-khoda ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) ko meraaj par le gae to 10 rak'at namaaz ke saath tashrif laae , har namaaz do rak'at 2 rak'at thi jab hasan wa husain ( عليهما السلام ) ki welaadat huei to khoda ka shukraana ke taur par ous me 7 rak'aton ka aezaafa kiya , khoda ne is ki aejaazat aap ko di"

pahli our dusri rewayat ke peshe nazar maalum hota hai bataur-e-shukraana imaam hasan wa husain (عليهما السلام) ki welaadat ke mauqe par rozaana ki wajib namaazon me 6 rak'aton ka aezaafa kiya our mazid maghrib ke naafela 4 rak'at ka bhi aezaafa kiya
pahli rewayat me 7 rak'aat ka zikr hai ous me ki baaqi aek rak'at ka ta'alluq janaab-e-zahra (سلام الله علیها) ki welaadat se hai , dusri hadison ke madd-e-nazar donon rewaayaton ki taawil wa taujih is tarah ki jaae gi
safar me qasr hone ka sabab :
aek tafsili rewayat me imaam reza (علیه السلام) ne farmaya :
" safar me namaaz qasr hai is ki eillat our wajah ye hai ke pahle waajib wa farz namaaz sirf 10 rak'aat thin ous me dusri 7 rak'aton ka aezaafa huaa pas khoda ne aezaafa shoda rak'aat ko safar me mo'aaf kardiya safar me bande ki mushkilon saoubaton , ma'eishat our thakan ... ke peshe nazar , bandon par ye khoda ka lutf o karam ... hai.
maghrib ki namaaz safar me qasr nahi hai is ki eillat wa sabab ye hai ke haqiqat me ye namaaz aek martaba qasr ho chuki hai ... "

maghrib ki namaaz qasr kaiyse huwi ?
shuru me arz kiya ke khoda ki taraf se 10 rak'aat waajib thin , khoda ne rasul-e-geraami ( صلی الله علیه و آله ) ko jo aekhteyaar diya hai ous ko istemaal karte huae khoda hi ki aejaazat se 2 rak'at 2 rak'at ka aezaafa kiya
lekin namaaz-e-maghrib me 2 rak'at ke ba jaae aek hi rak'at ka aezaafa kiya , aek rak'at kam kar diya lehaaza baaqi aek rak'at khud qasr hai , is liae ke 2 ka aadha wa nisf aek hai , is liae safar me qasr nahi huei , 2 martabah kam karte huae rasul-e-geraami ( صلی الله علیه و آله ) ko sharm o haya aarahi thi is ki vajah se namaaz-e-maghrib safar wa ghair safar me 3 hi rak'at padhi jaati hai
《 namaaz-e-maghrib me aek rak'at janaab-e-zahra ( سلام الله علیها ) ka haq hai is liae safar me puri padhi jaati hai ... 》 :
be bezaa'at haqir ki nazron se is tarah ki rewaayat nahi guzri hai lehaaza yaqini taur par ous ko qabul nahi kiya jaa sakta hai our yaqini taur par ous se inkaar wa rad bhi nahi kiya jaa sakta hai , is liae ke is me khelaaf-e-aql wa adl our qur'aan koei aiysi baat nahi hai
dusre ye ke aap ki azmat wa manzelat ... ke pesh-e-nazar is ka imkaan hai
《 jab hazrat ali ( علیه السلام ) ki welaadat huei to ba taur-e-shukraana rasul-e-geraami ( صلی الله علیه و آله ) ne 2 rak'at ka aezaafa kar diya ... 》 :
ye baat qaabil-e-qabul nahi hai , is liae ke maujuda tariqe wa kaifiyat ke motaabiq namaaz padhne ka hukm besat ke baad diya gaya our besat ke pahle hazrat ali ( علیه السلام ) ki welaadat ho chuki thi , maujuda tariqe ke motaabiq namaaz padhne ka hukm baad me aaya
mash'hur qaul ke motaabiq besat ke 10 saal qabl hazrat ali ( علیه السلام ) ki welaadat ho chuki thi

baaz mowarrekhin wa mohaddesin ne likha hai ke 12 ya 13 saal qabl az besat welaadat huei

namaaz-e-subh me koei kami ya zeyaadti nahi huei hai jis tarah khoda ki jaanib se farz thi ousi tarah hai , is hawaale se bhi rewaayaat me mokhtalif eillaton ka zikr hai
