agar haazeri se moraad badan me daakhil hona ya oun par sawaar hona hai to ye khelaaf-e-aql hai our khoraafaat wa bakwaas
our agar haazeri se moraad paas aana hai to rewaayaat me saraahat ke saath kaha gaya hai ke :
rasul-e-akram our tamaam imaam az jumla amirul momenin ali ( صلوات الله عليهم ) maut ke waqt insaanon ke paas haazir hote hain ...
our agar haazeri se moraad oun ke qolub wa dilon par asar daalna our apna aekhteyaar wa qudrat zaahir karna hai to ye bhi rewaayaat se saabit hai , maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ne jahaan zarurat mahsus ki wahaan hatta ghair momin ke saath bhi aiysa kiya hai
misasl ke taur par our aekhtesaar ke peshe nazar sirf 2 rewaayat ka khulaasa peshe khidmat hai :
1. aek tawil rewaayat me hai :
aek ghulaam ba'naam-e-rofaid ( رُفَید ) shia wa lmaam ( عليه السلام ) ka mohib tha lekin ous ka maalik " hobairah = هُبَیرَه ) " imaam ( عليه السلام ) ka mokhaalif tha ye apne ghulaam ko bhot sataata tha ... jab ghulaam ko qatl karne ki dhamki di to ye ghulaam bhaag kar imaam saadiq ( عليه السلام ) ki khidmat me aaya our panaah li
imaam ( عليه السلام ) se tamaam maajara sunaya to imaam ( عليه السلام ) ne kaha :
waapas chale jaao our apne maalik ko mera salaam kahne ke baad kahna :
" me ne tumhaare ghulaam rofaid ko panaah di hai ous ko noqsaan na pahunchaao "
ghulaam ne kaha aaqa meri jaan aap par qurbaan ho , mera maalik shaami hai our ous ka aqidaah kharaab hai yaani aap ka mokhaalif hai , to imaam ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya jis tarah kaha hai waisa hi karo
jab ye waapas jaane laga to raaste me aek qeyaafa shanaas ( eilm-e-qeyaafa se waaqif = chehra dekh kar aadmi ka haal bataane waala ) mila ...
ous ne kaha me tumhaare chehre par aiyse mard ke aasaar dekh raha hun jo qatl kar diya jaae ga phir kaha apna haath dekhaao to me ne apna haath dekhaaya to ous ne kaha tumhaara haath aiyse mard ka haath hai jo qatl kar diya jaae ga , phir kaha apna pair dekhaao to me ne apna pair dekhaaya to kaha tumhaara pair aiyse mard ka hai jo qatl kar diya jaae ga is ke baad kaha apna jism dekhaao me ne apna jism dekhaaya to kaha tumhaara jism aiyse insaan ka hai jo qatl kar diya jaae ga
baad me kaha apni zabaan dekhaao jab me ne apni zabaan dekhaaei to kaha :
ab jaao koei haraj nahi hai tum qatl nahi kiae jaao ge is liae ke tumhaari zabaan me be shak aiysa paiyghaam hai ke agar ous ko bade wa mazbut pahaadon tak pahunchaao ge to wo khushi se tumhaare taabe daar ho jaaen ge ( tumhaari aetaa'at karne lagen ge )
jab ye apne maalik ke darbaar me gaya to ghulaam ke baazu wa sar ko baandh diya gaya our maalik ne jallaad se kaha is khaa'aen ki gardan ouda do ...
me ne imaam ( عليه السلام ) ka salaam wa paiyghaam pahunchaaya to ous ne ta'ajjub se tin martaba pucha ke waaqe'an ounhon ne is tarah kaha hai ? to ghulaam ne qasam khaa kar kaha ji
is ke baad mere baazu wa sar ko khol diya our maalik ne ghulaam se kaha :
me tum se ous waqt tak raazi wa khush nahi hunga jab tak tum bhi mere saath waiysa na karo jis tarah me ne tumhaare saath kiya hai , ghulaam ne kaha me waiysa nahi kar sakta hun ous ke israar ke baad ghulaam ne bhi waiysa hi kiya ( yaani baazu wa sar baandh kar khol diya ) is ke baad ous ne apni mohr-e-hokumat di our kaha meri taraf se tumhen kaamil aekhteyaar hai jo chaaho karo
(osul-e-kaafi jild 1 p 473 ketaabul hujjah matbuaa daarul azwa / berut )
imaam saadiq ( عليه السلام ) ka ye farmaan :
" me ne tumhaare ghulaam ko panaah di hai ous ko noqsaan na pahunchaana "
ye kalaam maamuli kalaam nahi tha is kalaam ke zariae aap ne ous ke dil o demaagh par apna asar daala our apne aekhteyaar wa qudrat ko zaahir kiya
( ye aekhteyaar wa qudrad khoda ne aap ko di hai maasumin ( سلام الله عليهم ) mazhar-e-qudrat-e-khoda hain )
2. kufe me jab janaab-e-zainab ( سلام الله عليها ) ne khutba dene ka aeraada kiya to dushman khutba nahin dene de rahe the shor o shar wa hangaama kar rahe the
aap waliyatullaah ( وليةالله ) hain lehaaza apne aekhteyaar ko istemaal kiya our hukm diya :
" اُسکُتُوا "
( saakit wa khaamosh ho jaao )
rewaayat me hai ke is tarah sokut taari huaa ke logon ki saans ruk gaei , ount wa ghode bhi khaamoshi se apni jagah par khade ho gae ...
Khulaasa-e-kalaam :
agar haazeri se moraad pahli surat hai to ous ko aql-e-salim taslim nahi karti , bakwaas hai
jo bhi is tarah ka daawa kare jhuta wa fareb kaar hai
dusri wa tisri surat rewaayaat se saabit hai
