sab se pahle ous rewaayat ka zikr kar dun jis me kaha gaya hai ke shab-e-juma ... sher padhna makruh hai :
hammaad bin ousmaan se manqul hai ke me ne imaam saadiq ( عليه السلام ) se suna :
تُكرَهُ رِوَايَةُ الشِّعرِ لِلصَّائِمِ وَالمُحرِمِ وَ فِى الحَرَمِ وَ فِى يَومِ الجُمُعَةِ وَ اَن يُروَى بِاللَّيلِ قَالَ قُلتُ : وَ اِن كَانَ شِعرَ حَقِِِّ قَالَ وَ اِن كَانَ شِعرَ حَقِِِّ

makruh hai sher naql karna ( padhna ) roze daar ke liae our aehraam baandh ne waale ke liae our haram ( kaaba ) me our roz-e-juma our raat me
raawi ne kaha me ne imaam ( عليه السلام ) se pucha agar sher haq ( durust ) hai tab bhi makruh hai ? to aap ne farmaaya agar sher haq hai tab bhi makruh hai
baaz log kahte hain sher ki surat me maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ki madh o sana , marsiya , soz , salaam our hikmat aamez ... ash'aar padhna bhi makruh hai is liae ke ye ash'aar haq hain lehaaza hadis ke motaabiq roze daar ke liae our mohrim ke liae our shab-e-juma ... aiyse ash'aar padhna makruh hai
hadis sanad ke aetebaar se sahih hai is se inkaar nahi kiya jaa sakta hai dusre ye ke keya khoda ki madh o sana wa maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ki shaan me our hikmat aamez ... ash'aar padhna waaqe'an makruh hai ?
is ke mota'alliq aap ki khidmat me arz kar dun ke jhute wa baatil ash'aar ya jis me zohra jamaal ladkiyon ki taarif ho ya ahl-e-aiysh o nosh ke moaa'sheqaana wa husn o eishq ke mota'alliq ash'aar ya jis me momin ki tauhin ki gaei ho ous ko badnaam kiya gaya ho ya gumraah kun hon ... daur-e-jaaheliyat ke ash'aar ki tarah to aiysa sher padhna haraam hai wa gunaah
lekin agar sher baatil nahi hai jhut nahi hai ous me khelaaf-e-shari'at koei baat nahi hai ... lekin haq wa durust our sahih hai
masalan sher mezaahiya wa tanziya hai tafrih wa hansaane ke liae hai ya takhai'yolaat ( تخیلات ) par mabni hai kheyaal pardaazi hai ...
to raawi ne aiyse ash'aar ke baare me sawaal kiya ke agar sher haq wa durust ho tab bhi padhna makruh hai ?
to imaam ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya agar haq ho tab bhi makruh hai
shaayad is ki wajah ye ho ke roze daar wa mohrim ko aebaadat karna chaahiae ye aebaadat wa bandagi ka mauqa hai isi tarah haram aebaadat ki jagah hai our shab-e-juma aebaadat ki shab wa roz-e-juma aebaadat ka din hai
agar koei is tarah ka sher padhe to aebaadat wa khoda se ghaafil wa dur ho jaae ga lehaaza ye mazmum wa naa pasandidah amal hai wa makruh

bahar kaif roze daar wa mohrim ke liae our haram me , shab-e-juma , roz-e-juma ya tamaam shabon wa dinon me , qur'aan , nahjul balaagha , sahifa-e-sajjadiya ... ka manzum tarjuma ya hikmat aamez wa islaahi sher ya maasumin ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ki shaan me qasida wa sher ya marsiya , soz , salaam ... padhna makruh nahi hai balke bar aks baa'aese ajr-o-sawaab hai
ye khud aebaadat ke aham masaadiq me se hai
shab-e-juma wa roz-e-juma imaam-e-zamaana ( عجل الله تعالى فرجه الشريف ) se mansub hai in shabon wa dinon me aap ke mota'alliq sher padhna makruh ho hi nahi sakta
khud imaamon ( صلوات الله عليهم ) ne shab-e-juma our roz-e-juma sher padha hai , taarikh me is ki misaalen bhot milti hain
jo bataaya gaya ous ki taa'eid dusri rewaayaton se bhi hoti hai sirf aek rewaayat ka mafhum molaaheza farmaaen :
ye rewaayat bhi sanad ke aetebaar se sahih hai
raawi khalaf bin hammaad kahte hain me ne imaam-e-Reza (عليه السلام ) se kaha hamaare dost wa as'haab aap ke aabaae taaherin se ye naql karte hain ke shab-e-juma our roz-e-juma our maah-e-ramzaan our raat me sher padhna makruh hai , me chaahta hun ke aap ke waalid ke baare me marsiya padhun lekin maah-e-ramzaan hai to imaam-e-Reza ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya:
marsiya padho shab-e-juma our maah-e-ramzaan me our raat me our tamaam dinon me
aakhir me farmaaya :
" فَاِنَّ اللهَ يُكَافِئُكَ عَلَى ذَالِك "
khoda tumhe is ka ajr-o-sawaab dega
( wasaa'aelush shia jild 10 p 121 )
aap ne molaaheza farmaaya ke is rewaayat me imaam ( عليه السلام ) ne makruh nahi kha balke is ke bar'aks , farmaaya baa'aese ajr o sawaab hai
Note :
dono rewaayat ke ta'alluq se olama our foqaha ne tafsili , eilmi our ijtehaadi bahs ki hai haqir ne ba qadr-e-zarurat arz kiya
