pahle hisse me tibbi, eilmi aur saa'aensi taur par Musht'zani (Istimna) ke baaz noqsaanaat ka zikr kiya gaya hasbe waada is hisse me shar'ei aetebaar se iske haraam hone par dalil aur is se bachne ke liae mota'addid mashwere aur amali aeqdaamaat bayaan kiye ja rahe hain molaaheza farmaa'aen :
Pahli dalil qur'aan :
Istimna jaiyse mazmum wa na pasaand amal ki taraf aeshaara qur'aan hakim ke 2 surah me huaa hai.
Surah Ma'aarij (معارج) Aayat 31 me aeshaara huaa hai :
"jo log apni biwiyon wa kanizon ke aelaawah khaahish karen wo had se tajaawuz karne waale hain"
Surah Momenoon Aayat 7 me momenin ke ausaaf bayaan karne ke baad aeshaara huaa hai :
"jo apni biwiyon aur kanizon ke aelaawah taalib ho jaa'aen to wo zeyaadti karne waale hon ge"
Imaame Saadiq (علیه السلام) se saa'ael ne puchha ke ay farzande Rasul ketaabe khoda me is (Istimna) ka kahaan zikr hai ? to aap ne Surah Momenoon ki Aayat 7 padhi
foqaha bhi farmaate hain in aayaat me istimna ki taraf bhi aeshaara huaa hai.
is liae ke istimna bhi apni biwiyon aur kanizon ke aelaawah jinsi khaahish ko pura karne ka aek tariqa hai ye ghair shar'ei fel hai wa haraam aur gunaahe kabiraah hai
(ye eilmi wa tafsili bahas hai)
Rewaayaat :
rewaayaat me Istimna ka zikr mokhtalif naamon ke saath hai masalan "دَلَكَ" (apne haath se makhsus ouzw ko malna = ragadna), "عَبِثَ بِذَکَرِهِ" (aala'ae tanaasul se khelna) "اَلنَّا کِحُ نَفسَهُ" (khud se shaadi), "نَا کِحُ الکَف" (haath ki hatheli se shaadi) aur "اَلخَضخَضَة" (haath se istimna) ...
Rasule khoda (صلی الله علیه و آله) ne farmaaya :
"jo bhi apne haath ki hatheli se shaadi (istimna) kare wo rahmate khoda se dur hai"
Imaam Saadiq (عليه السلام) se manqul hai :
اِنَّ عَلِیّاََ (علیه السلام) اُتِیَ بِرَجُلِِ عَبِثَ بِذَکَرَهِ حَتَّی اَنزَلَ فَضَرَبَ یَدَهُ حَتَّی اَحمَرَّت ... وَ زَوَّجَهُ مِن بَیتِ مَالِ المُسلِمِین
"aek shakhs ko Hazrat Ali (عليه السلام) ke paas laa'ae jis ne apne aala'ae tanaasul se khel kiya yahaan tak ke inzaal ho gaya aap ne ous ke haath par is qadr maara ke laal ho gaya ... aur muslemin ke baitul maal (sarkaari khazaana) se ous ki shaadi kara di"
is rewayat me qaabile tawajjoh baat ye hai ke Amirul Momenin Ali (علیه السلام) ne sirf saza dene par eiktefa nahin kiya balke ous ki shaadi bhi karaaei taa'ke fahsha wa fasaad ki jad ko kaat den lehaaza har hokumat aur samaajo mo'aashare ko chaahiae ke jawaanon ki shaadi ke asbaab faraaham karen ...
mazkura hadis ke aelaawah bhi hadisen hain jis me "Istimna" ko bahot bada gunaah bataya gaya hai aur is fele bad se shiddat ke saath mana kiya gaya hai.
Haasile kalaam :
tibbi aur sa'aaensi taur par saabit ho gaya ke "Istimna" me bahot saare noqsaanaat hain lehaaza jo doctor kahte hain is me zarar nahi hai oun ki ye baat bilkul ghalat hai.
dusre ye ke is ko khoda jaiyse hakim ne haraam kiya hai lehaaza ye hakimaana qaanoon hai
Maasumin (سلام الله علیهم) ne bhi is qabih fel ko bahot bada gunaah bataaya hai
tisre ye ke sirf jismaani noqsaan par tawajjoh na ho is ke oukhrawi noqsanaat bhi bahot hain ye bahot mohim hai
jo doctor ... kahte hain is me noqsaan nahi hai (معاذ الله) wo khoda aur Maasumin (علیهم السلام) se zeyaadah jaante hain ?

- is ke aelaaj par yaqin ho naa oummid wa maayus na ho
- is ko tark ke ta'alluq se aeraadi quwat aur azme mosammam har waqt saath ho
- haiyjaan angez film, video aur tasaawir ... dekhne se khud ko bachaa'ae nazron ki hefaazat is tarah kare ke jab bhi in ka saamna ho apni aankhon ko band kar le eidhar oudhar dekhne lage
- jinsi mataalib ko padhne wa sunne ... se parhez kare hatta zehan me oun ka khayaal bhi aane na de
- apne ouryaan badan ki taraf na dekhe
- tanhaaei se bache kabhi bhi aiysi jagah na rahe aur na so'ae jahaan koei na ho
- jab bhi jinsi khayaalaat ka hamla ho apne ko kisi chiz me mashghul kar le masalan dost se baaten karne lage ya qur'aan, doa, salawaat ... padhne lage
- naa mahram se hansi mezaah wa narm kalaam ... se bache
- bure dost se duri aekhteyaar kare
- oulte ho kar yaani pet ke bal na so'ae
- chust aur tang (jism ke saath chipka huaa) lebaas na pahne
- koshish kare sote waqt pet bahot bhara na ho
- shahwat bhad'kaane waali gheza se parhez kare jaiyse khurma, peyaaz, anda, gaa'ae ka gosht, pur charb khaana aur mirch ...
agar bilkul parhez nahi kar sakta hai to ba'qadre zarurat khaa'ae - sone ke pahle masaana khaali ho
- kabhi bhi bekaar na rahe mokhtalif qism ke kaam me masrufe amal rahen aur gunaah ke liae fursat hi na chhoden masalan motaala'aa karen qur'aan wa doa padhen, masjid aur mahaafilo majaalis me jaa'aen aur warzish karen (warzish ka aek faa'aeda ye bhi hai ke badan se aezaafi taaqat khaarij ho jaati hai)
- agar ho sake to hafte me aek do roz roze rakhe keyon ke roza shahwat ko maand kar deta hai aur jinsi khaahish ko motadil bana deta hai
- is mushkil ki jad fitri zarurat wa khaahish ka pura na hona hai lehaaza jetni jaldi ho sake shaadi kar le
- salawaat aur Maasumin (صلوات الله علیهم) se tawassul ke baad Allah se sidqe dil ke saath gid gida (گڑگڑا) kar doa kare ke is qabih aadat se khalaasi ho sake
