lafz shatranj ka zikr qur'aan me kahin nahi hai, surah baqarah aayat 219 aur surah maa'aedaah aayat 90 me "maisir = مَیسِر" (yaani juaa = qemaar) ka zikr hai, shatranj maisir (juaa = qemaar) me shaamil hai is ka aek misdaaq hai, is liae haraam hai
albatta baaz rewaayaat wa tafsir ke motaabiq maisir se moraad ba taur-e-mustaqil shatranj hai
jin maraaje jaiyse Rahbar-e-inqelaab Aayatullah Khaamenaei ne kuchh shaaraa'aet ke saath shatranj khelne ki aejaazat di hai to is ka matlab hargiz ye nahi hai ke haraam-e-khoda halaal ho gaya, haraam-e-khoda qeyaamat tak haraam hi rahe ga, khoda ka hukm nahi badalta
lekin kabhi mauzu (kisi chiz ki asl, maahiyat aur haqiqat) ke badalne se hukm bhi badal jaata hai
Misaal :
angur khaana halaal hai lekin angur sharaab me tabdil ho jaa'ae to najis wa haraam ho jaa'ae ga aur yahi sharaab sirka me tabdil ho jaa'ae to halaal ho jaa'ae gi
Dusri misaal :
kutta jab tak kutta hai najis hai lekin yahi kutta namak ki kaan me gir kar namak me tabdil ho jaa'ae to najis nahi hai paak ho gaya
aap ne molaaheza farmaaya ke mauzu ke badal jaane se hukm bhi badal gaya
haraam ya halaal-e-khoda nahi badla wo apni jagah par baaqi hai,
angur halaal hai taa qeyaamat halaal rahe ga, sharaab pina haraam hai taa qeyaamat haraam rahe gi, sirka halaal hai taa qeyaamat halaal rahe ga ... hukm-e-khoda wahi hai ous me koei tabdili nahi huei lekin mauzu badal gaya to hukm bhi badal gaya
shatranj bhi isi tarah hai, shatranj khelna haraam hai is liae ke juaa ke auzaar wa aalaat me shaamil hai, baa alfaaz-e-digar juaa wa qemaar hai is liae haraam hai
khud ba khud (apne aap) haraam nahi hai balke juaa hone ki wajah se haraam hai, jo khud-ba-khud haraam huaa wo juaa hai
agar yahi shatranj juae ke auzaar wa aalaat me se khaarij ho jaa'ae is ka shumaar juaa wa qemaar me na ho to mauzu badal gaya, jab mauzu badal gaya yaani juaa nahi raha to hukm bhi badal jaa'ae ga
shatranj haraam thi lekin mauzu badalne se khelna halaal ho gaya, dar haqiqat shatranj ki haqiqat wa maahiyat badli hai hukm nahi badla hai, hukm-e-khoda apni jagah par baaqi hai
inhi baaton ke peshe nazar Rahbar-e-inqelaab Aayatullaah Khaamenaei ne farmaaya :
agar ourf ya mokallaf ki nazar me shatranj, juae ke auzaar se khaarij ho gaei aur haar jit ki shart ke be'ghair, tafrih wa zehni mashq wa warzish ke taur par kheli jaa'ae to haraj nahi hai
(is liae ke is surat me juaa nahi hai mauzu ke badal jaane se hukm bhi badal gaya)
