                           باسمه تعالى

         عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته

qur'aan karim me mujhe aiysi aayat nahi mili jis me is tarah ki baat kahi gaei ho

biwi ki ach'chi baat maanna jahannam me jaane ka sabab nahi hai ,
biwi ki maaqul baaten maanne me keya qabaahat hai ?
biwi ki ghalat baat maanne ki mazam'mat ki gaei hai

albatta baaz rewaayaat aiysi hain jis me kaha gaya hai ke jo apni biwi ki aetaa'at kare wo jahannam me jaae ga ya maloun hai , is ta'alluq se sirf do rewaayat par eiktefa kiya jaa raha hai

imaam saadiq ne apne jad rasul-e-khoda ( صلوات الله عليهم ) se naql kiya hai :


 مَن اَطَاعَ اِمرَاَتَهُ اَکَبَّهُ اللهُ عَلَی وَجهِهِ فِی النَّارِ ' قِیلَ : وَمَاتِلكَ الطَّاعَةُ ؟ قَالَ تَطلُبُ مِنهُ الذَّهَابَ اِلَی الحَمَّامَاتِ وَ العَرَائِسِ وَالاَعیَادِ وَالنَّائِحَاتِ وَ الثِّیَابِ الرِّقَاقِ فَیُجِیبُهَا 

 ( makaaremul akhlaaq jild 1 p 231 / foruae kaafi jild 5 p 517 ketaabun nekaah )

is rewaayat me 2 baaten qaabil-e-tawajjoh hain :

1.
rasul-e-khoda ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) se pucha gaya kaun si aetaa'at moraad hai ?

to aap ne 5 chizon ka zikr kiya is se maalum hota hai ke biwi ki har aetaa'at wa baat maanna  jahannam me jaane ka baa'aes nahi hai

hammaam , shaadi , jashn our taaziyat ke liae gham ki nashist me jaana bura nahi hai balke hammaam jaane ki zarurat ho to hammaam jaana , shaadi , jashn our taaziyat ke liae jaana rishtedaaron wa aqraba ke hoquq me se hai , ye saari chizen jaa'aez hain balke pasandidah kaam hai


lehaaza har hammaam our shaadi , jashn our gham ki nashist moraad nahi hai balke wo omumi hammaam moraad hai jahaan naa mahram ka aekhtelaat ho our araazil o aubaash ( اراذل و اوباش ) ke aamad o raft ki jagah ho
our shaadi , jashn our gham ki nashist se moraad wo hai jis me shar'ei hodud ki reaayat na ki jaati ho ... aiyse hammaam our shaadi , jashn our gham ki nashist me biwi jaane ke liae kahe our shauhar aejaazat de de to ous ko muh ke bal dozakh me daal diya jaae ga

( agar biwi ko mahfuz rakhna hai to aiysi jagah jaane our naazuk lebaas pahenne ki aejaazat na de )

amirul momeni ali ( عليه السلام ) ne farmaaya :


 کُلُّ اِمرِئِِ تُدَبِّرُهُ اِمرَاَتُهُ فَهُوَ مَلعُون 

har wo mard jo apne omur ki tadbir ( intezaam ) apni biwi ke hawaale kare to wo maloun hai

( dar ki wajah ya kisi our wajah se biwi ka moti wa taslim-e- mahaz rahe to ye maloun hai , khud biwi bhi aiyse shauhar se lazzat haasil nahi karti hai , ghar ka modir wa modabbir shauhar ko hona chahiae )

Note :

aayat ki arabi matn maalum ho to " mojam-e-qur'aan " me dekh kar maalum kiya jaa sakta hai ke is tarah ki aayat hai ya nahi
