Janab apse sawaal tha
- Kiya koi ladki ya aurat apni khubsurti ko badhane ke liye nakhun ko bada rakh sakti hai
- Aur kis had tak bada kar sakti hai kin sharton ke sath
- Islaam iski kis had tak ijazat deta hai
- Aur marjaon ka ispr kiya fatwa he khas tor se sistani sahab aur Khamenei sahab ka

Jawaab :
باسمه تعالى
عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته
- mard ke liae bade naakhun rakhna makruh hai aur kaatna mustahab hai lekin ladkiyaan aur auraten rakh sakti hain in ke liae bade naakhun rakhna mustahab hai
- jis had tak bade rakhna monaasib hai ousi had tak bade rakhen lekin meyaana rawi behtar hai
Rasule Khoda (صلى الله عليه و آله) se rewaayat hai :
aap ne mardon ke liae farmaaya ke apne naakhun ko kaaten aur auraton ke liae farmaaya ke na kaaten (bade rahne den) is liae ke ye auraton ke liae zeyaadah zebo zinat dene waala hai
(فروع الكافى ج 6 كتاب الزى والتجمل ... باب قص الاظفار ص491)
agar sajaaya huwa (zinat diya gaya) ho ya tawajjoh ka sabab bane to naa'mahram se chhupaana (poshida rakhna) zaruri hai
agar is tarah na ho to naa'mahram se chhupaana zaruri nahi hai
Wozu wa ghusl se mota'alliq shar'ei hukm :
agar naakhun ke niche maiyl (میل) waghairah is tarah jama ho jaa'ae ke paani pahunchne me rokaawat ho to aaya wozu ya ghusl sahih hai ?
Jawaab :
agar maiyl waghairah zaahir na ho to wozu wa ghusl sahih hai
is ko maalum karne ka tariqa ye hai ke hatheli (ہتھیلی) ki taraf dekhen, agar maiyl zaahir (آشکار) nahi hai to wozu wa ghusl sahih hai, bar'taraf karna zaruri nahi hai
lekin agar masalan naakhun is qadr chhote hain ke maiyl zaahir (عیاں) hai yaani is ka shumaar zaahir me ho to is surat me wozu wa ghusl ke liae bar'taraf karna zaruri hai
Note :
- naakhun ki dekh bhaal aur safaaei ka khaas khayaal bhi rakha jaa'ae
- wozu aur ghusl ke ta'alluq se mas'nuei naakhun yaa paude (پودے) ki tarah ougaa'ae ga'ae naakhun (Nail planting) ka hukme shar'ei alag hai
