Salamun alaikum
Agha mera sawal yeh hai ki mardun ka mukamal surkh(red) libas kaisa hai masumin a.s. ki nazar me.

Jawaab :

                           باسمه تعالى

         عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته

rewaayat ki baaz wa dusri ketaabon jaiyse " foru'ae kaafi jild 6 p 447 / wasaae'lush 'shia jild 2 p 317 - baab lebaasul mosalli / hilyatul muttaqin baab 1 fasl 4 ... " me gahre surkh rang ya kam rang waala , lebaas pahenne ki mazammat ki gayi hai hatta ye bhi likha hai ke surkh lebaas pahenna makruh hai

Lekin nae ( نئے ) dulha ke liye our miyaan bivi aek dusre ke liye pahnen to makruh nahi hai

Lekin maujuda taqriban aksar maraaje ke nazdik apne aap ( fi nafseh = فى نفسه ) makruh hona saabit nahi hai

albatta dusri wojuhaat ... ki bena par makruh ya haraam ho sakta hai

( Foqaha wa maraaje behtar jaante hain ke kin rewaayaton se fiqhi hukm akhz kiya jaae our kis tarah kiya jaae , is liye ke istimbaat ( استنباط ) our shar'ei ahkaam ko akhz karne ke khaas osul wa qawaaed hain , rewaayat me kisi hukm ka sirf zikr kaafi nahi hai )

kaala lebaas pahenne ko baaz foqaha ne makruh kaha hai

Lekin aiyaam-e-aza me pahenna makruh nahi hai  balke behtar wa pasandidah hai , is par tamaam maraaje ka ittefaaq hai

Laal lebaad ke baare me nahi farmaaya hai ke makruh hai

Lebaas ke ta'alluq se meyaar our omumi qaaeda :

islaam ne apne aap har tarah our har rang ka lebaas pahenne ki aejaazat di hai lekin chand lebaas ki aejaazat nahi hai :

(1) Lebaas-e-shohrat :

wo lebaas hai jo logon ki angusht numaaei ( انگشت نمائی ) ka sabab bane , log ous ki taraf motavajjeh hon our ruswaai wa bad'naami ka sabab bane ya jis ko pahenne se momin gaiyr monaasib our bura lagne lage

Lehaaza agar lebaas angusht numa ho ya pahenne waale ki ruswaai , khaari our badnaami ka baaes ho to pahenna haram hai

(2) jins-e-mokhaalif ka lebaas :

agar aurat ka lebaas pahenne se mard zankha ( hijda , zanaana = ہجڑا  ، زنانہ ) lagne lage ya mard ka lebaas pahenne se aurat , mard lagne lage to jaaez nahi hai

(3) aysa lebaas jis se gunaah , fahsha aur fasaad ki tarwij ho ya dushmanaan-e-islaam wa shia ki alaamat wa neshaani wa pahchaan ho to ous ko bhi pahenna haraam hai

lehaaza agar zard wa za'faraan ( زعفران ) ke rang ka lebaas islaam dushman party ya geroh ki alaamat wa neshaani hai to pahenna haraam hai
