patte ya computer se taash khelne ka hukm | juae ke auzaar ki tashkhis kaise karen ?

Salam arz aagha,


Mera sawal ye hai ke kya taash (card) khelna jo hum kabhi kabhi apne bhaiyo'n, dosto'n, ke saath khel le'n, sahi hai, ya ghalat... Agar ghalat hai to kyun, kyunki hum koi jua nahi khel rahe...


Allah jjh aapki umr toolani kare sadqe 14 masoomin a.s ke aor aap isi tarah hum logo'n ke elm me izafa karte rahe'n ameen..

is khel ke patte agar ourf-e-aam me yaani aam momenin wa dindaar logon ke nazdik ju'aa ke aalaat wa auzaar ( آلات و اوزار ) yaani saaz-o-saamaan me se hain to mutlaqa taur par haraam hain khaah kisi qaiyd-o-shart ke saath ho ya faqat tafrih ke liae ho ya haar wa jit aur naf wa noqsaan ki shart lagaa'ae beghair ho


lekin agar dindaar wa aam momenin ke nazdik ju'aa ke aalaat me is ka shumaar nahi hota hai, is khel ke patte tafrih aur zehni warzish ke liae istemaal hote hain to shikast-o-fath, naf-o-noqsaan ki shart lagaa'ae beghair khelna jaa'aez hai


computer ya amsaal-e-computer se bhi khelne ka yahi hukm hai. agar ju'aa ke aalaat me se hai to tanha bhi nahi khel sakte hain yaani is surat me madde moqaabil shakhs ho ya computer, hukm ke aetebaar se koei farq nahi hai


albatta Aayatullah Sistaani ke nazdik benaabar aehteyaate waajib nahi khel sakte hain lehaaza jo log Aayatullah Sistaani ke moqallid hain wo is masale me Aayatullah Makaarim se roju kar sakte hain is liae ke aap ke nazdik computer se tanha khel sakte hain


wazaahat :


aalaat-e-qemaar yaani ju'aa ke wasaa'ael oun auzaar wa saaz-o-saamaan ko kahte hain jo aam taur par haraam kaam wa ju'aa khelne me istemaal hote hain.

is ki tashkhis yaani folaan auzaar ju'ae ke aalaat me se hai ya nahi khud mokallaf (aaqil wa baaligh shakhs) ke zimme hai


Note :


ye keyun haraam hain ? yaani in ke haraam hone par dalil keya hai ? ye ilmi wa tafsili bahs hai yahaan bayaan karne ka maqaam nahi
