Salamun Alaikum
Kya ahad aur nazr ki niyyat rad ho sakti hai ? Example mainey niyyat ki thi ke agar aisa hoga (aisey halaat ho jaeyngey) to mai Allah (swt) ke liye 2 rakat namaaz shukraaney ki padhunga. Ab mai aisey halaat ho jana zaruri nahi samajhta aur isliye nazr/ahad ki niyyat todna/radd kerna chahta hun. Kya aisa jaez hai ?
Nazr aur ahad ki namaaz wajib ki niyyat se padhni hoti hai ? Agar nazr/ahad me niyyat ki ho ke shukraaney ki 2 rakat namaaz padhunga to bhi waajib ki niyyat hogi ? Kyu ki shukraaney ki namaaz to aksar sunnat ki niyyat se padhi jaati hai, isliye puchh raha hun.

nazr-o-mannat maanna yaani kisi baat ko apne oupar waajib kar lena, shariat ne ous baat ko waajib wa laazim nahi kiya hai balke khud nazr-o-mannat maanne waale ne khud par waajib wa laazim kiya hai
Nazr ka segha wa jumla :
tamaam Maraaje Keraam ke nazdik nazr-o-mannat ke liae khaas segha wa jumla hai masalan koei imtehaan me paas hone ke liae nazr kare ke hazaar rupiya faqir ko de lehaaza kisi bhi zabaan me is tarah kahe :
"agar imtehaan me paas ho ga'ae to Allaah ke liae mujh par waajib hai ke hazaar rupiya faqir ko den"
agar kisi aur ke liae nazr maan rahe hain masalan apne bete ke liae to is tarah kahen :
"agar mera beta imtehaan me paas ho gaya to Allaah ke liae mujh par waajib hai ke hazaar rupiya faqir ko den"
agar is tarah nazr-o-mannat maani to ous par amal karna zaruri hai warna nahi, is surat me amadan amal na kare to gunaah kiya, kaffaarah dena laazim hai
aap ne likha hai ke "... Allaah ke liae 2 rak'at namaaz shukraane ki padhun ga" agar is tarah nazr maani hai to Aayatullah Sistaani ke nazdik aehteyaat-e-waajib ke taur par apni nazr par amal karen
Nazr ki sharten :
mokhtalif sharaa'aet hain, oun me se baaz ye hain :
- ous ka anjaam dena momkin ho , aajiz wa majbur na ho
- ous ka anjaam dena shariat me matlub wa pasandidah amal ho (khelaaf-e-shariat na ho) jaise namaaz, roza, qurbaani karna, dusron ki madad karna, mariz ki ayaadat wa ...
- ous ka tark karna shariat me matlub wa pasandidah amal ho (jaise tark-e-haraam ya makruh)
wazaahat :
agar nazr-o-mannat mobaah kaam ke liae ho yaani ous kaam ka anjaam dena ya anjaam na dena har aetebaar se mosaawi wa baraabar hai (na faa'aedah hai aur na hi noqsaan) to is surat me nazr-o-mannat baatil hai
albatta ouska anjaam dena ya na dena aek aetebaar se behtar ho to sahih hai masalan nazr maane ke "aisa khaana khaa'ae jis ki wajah se aebaadat karne me taaqat wa quwat mile"
ya aisa khaana na khaa'ae jis se badan sust ho jaa'ae aur ous ki wajah se aebaadat karne me kaaheli ya mushkil ho
kisi ne nazr-o-mannat maani lekin baad me maalum huaa ya motawajjeh huaa ke jis kaam ke hone ke liae nazr-o-mannat maani hai ous ka hona zaruri nahi hai ya mere liae ous me faa'aedah nahi hai to jo bayaan kiya ous ke peshe nazar ye nazr-o-mannat baatil hai, is liae ke jis kaam ke liae nazr maani jaati hai ous ka hona zaruri ho ya ous me faa'aedah ho, jab hona zaruri nahi hai ya ous me faa'aedah nahi hai to phir nazr kis baat ki ? ye nazr baatil hai lehaaza ous par amal karna zaruri nahi hai
istelaah me is ko kahte hain jab mauzu muntafi hai yaani ous ka wojud hi nahi hai to hukm bhi muntafi hai
Nazr wa ahad ki 3 suraten ya qismen hain :

dunyaawi ya oukh'rawi omur se mota'alliq nazr maane masalan nazr maane ke agar Allaah ne mujhe sahi wa saalim farzand diya ya hajjo zeyaarat ki taufiq di to Allaah ke liae mujh par waajib hai ke 2 rak'at namaaz padhunga
is ko nazr-e-shukr kahte hain

bala aur mushkilaat waghairah talne ke liae ho
misaal :
agar Allaah meri maa ya baap ko shefa de to Allaah ke liae mujh par waajib hai ke 40 momin ko khaana khilaa'aen

haraam ya makruh kaam ko tark karne ke liae mannat maane
misaal :
agar jhut bole ya pet bhara hone ki haalat me khaana khaa'ae to Allaah ke liae mujh par waajib hai ke folaan ladki ki shaadi karaa'oun ga
ya isi tarah waajib wa mustahab amal karne ke liae mannat maane
misaal :
agar namaaz-e-subh nahi padhi ya azaan-o-aeqaamat nahi kahi to Allaah ke liae mujh par waajib hai ke aek yatim bach'che ki sarparasti karunga
aap ke sawaal ka rabt pahli surat wa qism se hai ye namaaz, nemat par bataure shukr guzaari wa mamnuniyat (ممنونیت) hai, lekin waajib ki niyat se padhi jaa'ae gi, is liae ke nazr maanne aur mannat wa moraad puri hone ke baad waajib ho gaei
Note :
nazr wa ahad taqriban aek hi chiz hai dono me mokhtasar farq hai lekin mohim farq segha wa jumle ka hai. ahad me insaan Khoda se ahd-o-paiymaan baandhta (باندھتا) hai, kisi kaam ko anjaam dene ya tark karne ke liae
masalan kahe :
"Allaah se ahd (عہد) kiya ke folaan kaam karun ya na karun"
to is surat me ous par amal karna waajib hai
(nazr-o-ahad se mota'alliq tafsil tauzihul masaa'ael me dekh len )
