daadhi (داڑھی) mundne (مونڈنے) ki shart qabul karna naajaaez wa haraam hai
is tarah ki shart se khoda ka hukm nahi badal sakta hai. aek din'daar wa mazhabi musalmaan ke liye mohim ye hai ke allah ke hukm par amal kare
lehaaza aehteyaate waajib ki bena par daadhi mundna jaaez nahi hai. albtta tankhaah lena jaaez wa halaal hai
lekin agar daadhi rakhne me noqsaan ya dushwaari wa tangi wa sakhti is trah ho ke aam taur par bardaasht wa tahammul karna momkin nahi , to is surat me mund sakte hain
Wazaahat:-
agar is tarah mundne ke liye kahen ke urf-e- aam yaani momenin ke nazdik daadhi mundna na samjha jaae , masalan halki halki is tarah ho ke daadhi rakhna saadiq aae to is surat me mundne ya choti karne me koiy haraj nahi hai
Rewaayaat se mota'alliq jawaab :
(2) Jo log is tarah ki rewaayat padhte hain oun se puchnaa chaahiye ke is tarah ki hadis kahaan se padhte hain
imaam husain (عليه السلام) ke qaatil khud ko musalmaan kahte the our awaam ko fareb wa dhoka dene ke liye daadhi bhi rakhte the
ba'farze mohaal agar maan len ke ye rewaayat sahi hai.
imaam (عليه السلام) ka qatl our daadhi mundna dono gunaah hai lekin qatle imaam ka gunaah wa jurm kahaan ? our daadhi mundne ka gunaah kahaan?
daadhi mundne par gunaah ki talaafi ; tauba wa istighfaar ke zariye momkin hai lekin imaam (عليه السلام) ka qatl aiysa gunaah wa jurm hai jis ki talaafi momkin nahi lehaaza dono gunaah ka qeyaas aek dusre par nahi kiya jaa sakta hai. daadhi mundne waala din se khaarij nahi hai lekin qaateline imaam (عليه السلام) din se khaarij hain
(1) is tarah ki rewaayaten milti hain masalan imaam hasan a.s ne apne naanaa rsule khoda (صلوات الله عليهم) se naql kiya hai :
qaum-e- lut ke 10 kaam wa gunaah oun ki naabudi wa tabaahi ka sabab bane , oun me se aek daadhi mundna our badi mochen (موچھیں) rakhna hai
ya amirul momenin ali (عليه السلام) ne farmaaya :
aiysi qaumen thin jo daadhi mundti thin our badi mochen rakhti thin , pas maskh ho gaen
agar farz karlen ye rewaayaten sahi wa motabar hain to naabudi , azaab our maskh hone ka sabab sirf daadhi mundna nahi tha balke mokhtalif asbaab the , oun me se aek daadhi mundna hai. qaume lut par azaab naazil hone ka aek mohim sabab aghlaam baazi wa hamjins pasandi wa hamjins parasti thi qur'aan me bhi tafsili waaqeya ka zikr hai
khud rewaayat me 10 asbaab ka zikr hai, daadhi mundna aek sabab ho sakta hai
albatta sirf daadhi mundna aiysa gunaah nahi hai jis ki vajah se khoda aek qaum ko naabud wa tabaah karde ya maskh karde
is tarah ki rawaayat me dusri baat jo qaabile ghaur hai wo ye hai ke qaumon par sirf daadhi mundne par azaab naazil nahi huwa balke daadhi mundne ke saath saath wo log badi mochen bhi rakhte the
rewaayat me hai majusi daadhi mundte the our badi mochen bhi rakhte the , ye dono kaam amre khoda ke bar khelaaf tha
Tisri baat par tavajjoh nehaayat mohim wa zaruri hai wo ye hai ke azaab naazil hona ya maskh hona sirf daadhi mundne ki wajah se nahi tha balke farmaane khoda ki mokhaalefat ki. ous ke hukm ke khelaaf alame baghaawat (علم بغاوت) baland kiya , khoda ka inkaar kiya , khoda ki tauhin ki is bena par oun ko maskh kiya ya oun par azaab nazil kiya
Misaal:-
aek shakhs namaaz ko waajib samajhta hai , taslim karta hai lekin namaaz nahi padhta , our aek shakhs namaaz ko waajib hi nahi samajhta , munkire namaaz hai. is inkaar ki vajah se dar waaqe khoda ka inkaar kiya , shari'at ka inkaar kiya

Jo log sirf daadhi mundne ki vajah se tauhin karte hain ya din se khaarij kar dete hain ya kahte hain jo daadhi munde goya ous ne apni maa ke saath 70 martaba zena kiya
aiyse log na din ko sahi samjhe hain our na hi shari'at ko. dusre ye ke tabligh ka ye tariqa maasumin (صلوات الله عليهم) ki sirat wa ravish ke khelaaf hai
