Agha namaaz ko kin halaat me awwal waqt se takheer kar ke padha ja sakta hai


Jawaab:-

باسمه تعالى

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته

aw'wal-e- waqt namaaz padhne ki bht fazilat hai our bht taakid ki gaei hai. zindagi me is ke bht saare faaede , asaraat our barkaten hain ,
is ke baa'wajud chand maqaamaat par taakhir se namaaz padhna waajib hai , agar aw'wal-e- waqt padhe to namaz baatil hai
our chand maqaamaat par taakhir se padhne me koi haraj nahi hai balke mustahab wa behtar hai ke taakhir se padhen

[1]  Wo maqaamaat Jahaan taakhir se padhna waajib hai:-

(1) aw'wal-e- waqt aiysi tahaarat faraaham na ho jo namaaz ke sahi hone me shart hai lekin aakhiri waqt tak tahaarat momkin hai to aiysi surat me aw'wal-e- waqt namaz padhen to baatil hai

masalan lebaas najis hai aw'wal-e- waqt paak karna ya badalna momkin nahi hai lekin qaza hone ke pahle paak kar ke ya badal ke padh sakte hain to is surat me sehat-e- namaaz ki shart ke faraaham hone tak sabr karen

yahi hukm ous shakhs ke liye hai jo aw'wal-e-waqt vozu ya ghusl nahi kar sakta hai

(2) aw'wal-e- waqt padhne se zeyaadah zaruri koi kaam pesh aa jaae , masalan koiy shadid mariz hai doctor ko jaldi dekhana zaruri hai ya jaan o maal ke liye khatra hai ya shadid noqsaan wa zarar ka imkaan hai ... to is surat me bhi taakhir se padhna waajib hai

(3) koiy khaatun istahaaza-e- kasira (استحاضہ کثیرہ) ki haalat me hain to har waajib namaaz ke liye ghusl karna zaruri hai lekin har namaaz ke liye aw'wal-e- waqt ghusl karna momkin nahi hai to taakhir se padhna zaruri hai taake aek hi ghusl se bela faasela namaaz-e- zohr wa asr padhe. isi tarah aek dusre ghusl se bela faasela maghrib wa aesha padhe our namaaz-e- subh ke liye bhi ghusl kare , majmuan 3 ghusl

( is ta'alluq se mazid tafsil tauzihul masaael me dekh len )

[2] Wo maqaamaat Jahaan taakhir se padhne me koi haraj nahi hai balke taakhir se padhna behtar, afzal wa mustahab hai:-

(1) agar taakhir karen to moqad'das jagah (masalan masjid , imaam ka haram ya imaam zaade ka rauza ...) pahunch jaaen gen ya aiysi jagah pahunch jaaen gen jahaan hozur-e- qalb ke saath namaaz padh sakte hain ya nind ka ghalaba hai , hozur-e-qalb ke saath nahi padh sakte hain to mustahab hai taakhir se padhen
(imaam ke haram me namaaz padhna masjid me padhne se afzal wa behtar hai)

(2) agar kisi momin ki mushkil hal karna hai , is ki zaruraton ko pura karna hai

(3) agar kisi ko zor se peshaab ya paakhaana laga hai to is haalat me namaaz padhna makruh hai lehaaza raf'ae haajat tak sabr karen

(4) paani na hone ki surat me tayam'mum se namaaz padhna chaahiye lekin paani milne ki oum'mid hai to taakhir karen taake baa'vozu padhen

(5) wo aurat jo bch'che ko dudh pilaati hai our sirf aek hi lebaas hai jo bch'che ke peshaab waghiyrah se najis hogaya to namaaz-e- zohr wa asr me taakhir kare taake ghorub ke nazdik lebaas ko paak kar ke 4 namaazon (zohr , asr , maghrib wa aesha) ko aek hi saath in ke waqt par padhe

(6) motaaleba karne waala apna qarz lene aajaae ya masjid najis hai wa ... to pahle qarz ada kare our masjid paak kare phir namaaz padhe

(agar is surat me aw'wale waqt padh liya to namaaz sahi hai lekin gunaah kiya hai)

(7) wo roze daar jis par kamzori ghaalib aajaae bhuk ki vajah se behtar tariqe se nahi padh sakte hain ya momenin ya mehmaan ya ahle khaana iftaar par muntazir hain to behtar hai iftaar ke baad namaaz-e- maghrib padhen

(8) aiysi shadid garmi hai jis se aziyat ho to mokhtasar sard hojaane ka intezaar karen

(9) namaaz ka waqt hone par yaqin nahi hai to is qadr sabr karen ke waqt hone par yaqin hojaae

(10) wo mosaafir jo jaanta hai ke namaaz-e- zohr wa asr ke qaza hone ke pahle watan pahunch jaae ga to behtar hai zohr wa asr me taakhir kare taake watan pahunch kar kaamil padhe

(11) wo mosaafir jo jaanta hai ke kuch der baad aiysi jagah pahunch jaae ga jo namaaz padhne ke liye monaasib hai to behtar hai taakhir kare

(12) wo imaam-e- jamaa'at jo maamum ka muntazir hai ya wo maamum jo imaam-e- jamaa'at ka muntazir hai to mustahab hai imaam-e- jamaa'at ya maamum ke aane tak taakhir karen

(13) kisi ne 4 rak'at namaaz-e- shab ko padh liya ho our namaaz-e-subh ka waqt hogaya to mustahab hai namaaz-e-subh taakhir se padhen taake namaaz-e- shab ko kaamil kar len

(14) jo namaaz-e- subh ka naafela padhta hai to mustahab hai namaaz-e-subh taakhir se padhen taake naafela padh len

(15) jo namaaz-e- zohr wa asr ka naafela padhna chaahata hai to behtar hai naafela padhne me jis qadr waqt lage ousi meqdaar namaaz-e- zohr wa asr me taakhir karen

(16) behtar hai namaaz-e- aesha me mokh'tasar taakhir karen taake maghrib ki samt waali surkhi bar'taraf hojaae

(17) jo haaji shabe eide qurbaan arafaat se mash'arul haraam = muzdalefa ( مشعر الحرام = مزدلفه) jaate hain to mustahab hai namaaz-e- maghrib wa aesha me taakhir karen taake mash'arul haraam me padhen

(18) wo mosaafir jo safar ki vajah se aw'wale waqt jaldi jaldi namaaz padhna chaahata hai to behtar hai baad me padhen

Note:-

baaz maqaamaat ki taraf sirf aeshara kiya gaya hai tafsil ke liye fiqhi ketaabon ya motabar aalime din se roju karen
