Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه وآله ) se mansub rewaayat ke alfaaz is tarah hain :
" عُلَمَاءُ اُمَّتِى اَفضَلُ مِن اَنبِيَاءِ بَنِى اِسرَائِیل "
meri oummat ke olama ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl se afzal hain
is hadis ka zikr rewaayat ki qadimi shia ketaabon me nahi hai
dusre ye ke baaz mohaq'qeqin ke baqaul is ki sanad bhi nahi milti hai
tisre ye ke bahot saari rewaayaten aiysi hain jin se istefaada hota hai ke olama se ambiya bartar wa afzal hain
bataure misaal sirf ek rewaayat ka zikr kiya jaa raha hai :
" اِنَّ اَكرَمَ العِبَادِ عِندَاللهِ (اِلَی اللهِ) تَعَالَى بَعدَ الاَنبِيَاءِ اَلعُلَمَاءُ "
khoda ke nazdik geraami qadr bande ambiya ke baad olama hain
(jaame'oul akhbaar p114 / bahaarul anwaar jild 92 p 18)
lehaaza aksar mohaq'qeqin ke nazdik ye rewaayat motabar nahi hai,
agar is ko taslim bhi kar liya jaa'ae to aam olama moraad nahi hain is liae ke ambiya maasum hain aur olama masum nahi ...
ghair maasum, maasum se afzal nahi ho sakta hai
lehaaza is se moraad 12 imaam (صلوات الله عليهم) hain. aap hazaraat ghair az Rasule akram (صلى الله عليه و آله) tamaam ambiya se afzal wa bartar hain
is rewaayat se istidlaal karte huae saahebe shab'haa-e-peshaawar ne bhi ghair az Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه و آله), tamaam ambiya par 12 imaamon (صلوات الله عليهم) ka afzal wa bartar hona saabit kiya hai
ek dusri rewaayat Rasule geraami (صلى الله عليه وآله) se naql huei hai
" عُلَمَاءُ اُمَّتِى كَاَنبِيَاءِ بَنِى اِسرَائِیلَ "
meri oummat ke olama ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl ke maanind hain
(mun'yatul morid fi'adabil mofid wal'mustafid p 182)
is rewaayat ka bhi zikr ba'surate mursal huaa hai yaani maasum tak raawiyon ke silsile ka zikr nahi hai.
ye rewaayat sanad ke lehaaz se zaeif hai lekin baaz foqaha wa olama ne is rewaayat ko qabul kiya hai aur naql bhi kiya hai
lekin farmaaya hai is me harfe tashbih (حرف تشبیہ) (kaaf) ka zikr hai, aam taur par tashbih se afzal ya mosaawi hona saabit nahi hota balke ek tarah ki shabaahat ki taraf aeshaara hota hai lehaaza yaqini taur par nahi kaha jaa sakta ke mosaawi hona moraad hai is liae ke oulul azm (اولو العزم) paiyghambar, maasum aur ghair maasum ... mosaawi nahi ho sakte hain
lehaaza is rewaayat ki taujih (توجیہ) is tarah hogi :
ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl aur olama me kaafi moshabahat paaei jaati hai jis ki bena par farmaaya :
"meri oummat ke olama ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl ki tarah hain"
shabaahaton me se ye hai ke jis tarah ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl ne logon ki hedaayat ki, moballighe din the ... ousi tarah oummate Rasul ke olama is faraa'aez ko anjaam dete hain aur olama bhi hujjat hain
jis tarah janaabe Musa ne fir'aun ka moqaabala kiya ousi tarah Rasul ki oummat ke olamaa-e-barhaq bhi fir'aun-e-waqt ka moqaabala karte hain ...
ambiya ke oulul azm hone aur ismaat se moqaa'aesa wa mowaazena nahi kiya jaa sakta balke ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl wa olamaa me zimmedaariyon ke ta'alluq se jo shabaahaten hain ous se moqaa'aesa kiya jaa'ae
is rewaayat me olama se moraad 12 imaam (عليهم السلام) nahi ho sakte is liae ke is me kaha gaya :
"meri oummat ke olama ambiyaa'ae Bani israaēl ke mosaawi hain"
jab ke 12 imaam (عليهم السلام) ghair az Rasule khoda (صلى الله عليه وآله) tamaam ambiya se bartar wa afzal hain
Note:
shab'haa-e-peshaawar (شبہای پیشاور) monaazara ki wo ketaab hai jo olamaa-e-sunni se peshaawar paakistan me 10 raat huaa tha isi liae is ka naam shab'haa-e-peshaawar rakha gaya
