Janab ek sawaal tha mera ki agar kisi ki 20 saal ki namaaz qaza ho aur wo use ada karna chahta ho to namaze qaza ada karne ka kiya tarika hai mujhe maloom pada ki jaise wajib ada hoti hai wese hi hai bas niyat qaza ki ho gi lekin kiya use bina azaan wa aqamat ke ada kara ja sakta hai

عليكم السلام و رحمةالله و بركاته
namaaze qaza padhne me kotaahi nahi karna chaahiae lekin fauran padhna waajib nahi hai
aap ne khud aeshaarah farmaaya ke ada namaaz (jo waqte moay'yenah par padhi jaati hai) ki tarah namaaze qaza, qaza ki niyat se padhi jaa'ae gi, sahih hai
namaaze qaza ko ousi tarah padhen jis tarah qaza huei hai, masalan agar safar me qaza huei hai to 4 rak'at waali namaaz watan me 2 hi rak'at padhen aur agar watan waghairah me qaza huei hai aur safar ke darmeyaan padhna chaahte hain to puri padhen
agar namaaze zohr wa asr hai to surah aahiste aahiste padhen aur agar namaaze subh wa maghribo aesha hai to mard hazaraat ounchi aawaaz se padhen
namaaze panjaganah ada ho ya qaza, azaan wa aeqaamat kahna mustahab hai (waajib nahi hai), lekin azaan se zeyadah aeqaamat kahne ki takid ki gaei hai
agar namaaze zohr wa asr aur maghribo aesha aek dusre ke baad (aek saath) padh rahe hain to aek azaan dono ke liae kaafi hai, dusri namaaz se saaqit hai, agar zohr ke liae kah li to asr ke liae yahi kaafi hai aur agar maghrib ke liae kah li to aesha ke liae kaafi hai lekin shart ye hai ke dono namaaz ke darmeyaan faaselah zeyaadah na ho, taaqibaat, doa aur naafelah padh sakte hain, in ka padhna zeyaadah faaselah nahi maana jaa'ae ga
Note :
- qaza namaaze panjaganah padhne me tartib wajib nahi hai, masalan kisi ne aek din namaaze asr aur dusre din namaaze zohr nahi padhi to zaruri nahi hai ke pahle namaaze asr aur is ke baad namaaze zohr padhen (namaaze zohr, asr ke pahle padh sakte hain) lekin oun qaza namaazon ko tartib se padhna waajib hai jis ke ada me tartib zaruri hai jaiyse aek hi din (aaj, roze moay'yan) me namaaze panjaganah qaza huei hain to namaaze zohr ke baad namaaze asr padhen aur namaaze maghrib ke baad aesha. namaaze zohr ke pahle namaaze asr aur namaaze maghrib ke pahle namaaze aesha nahi padh sakte hain
- agar koei masalan 365 qaza namaaze zohr padhe aur is ke baad 365 qaza namaaze asr padhe, isi tarah 365 qaza namaaze maghrib phir 365 qaza namaaze aesha padhe to sahih hai, ye tartib ke motaabiq hai
- qaza namaazon ko ba-jamaa'at padh sakte hain, imaame jamaa'at ki namaaz ada ho ya qaza, dono surat me padh sakte hain aur imaame jamaa'at ki namaaz ke motaabiq hona bhi zaruri nahi hai lehaaza masalan agar namaaze jamaa'at zohr ki hai to is me aap namaaze asr ya maghrib ya aesha ya namaaze subh padh sakte hain, dono (imaam wa namaaz guzaar) ki namaaz aek hi ho, ye zaruri nahi hai
